"No." Jim said sternly, looking at Jack. Rumer put her hand on her hip and raised her eyebrow, "I wasn't asking you, Jim. I was informing you, you're welcome."
Jerome groaned, "If it makes you feel any better, I don't want him coming either." Jim focuses on the redhead now, "It doesn't. Rumer, it's bad enough Jerome's going to be with you, we don't need to add another whack job to the picture."
Rumer glared at the two men as she rubbed Jack's back, "First, quit talking about Jack like he isn't here. Second, it wasn't a question, Detective Gordon. Jack is harmless and sane. He goes or I stay, and I know for a fact, that Mackey won't stand for the kid being let out on his own seeing as I'm the only dame that can tame him. Now, shall we go see our new place or did we get all dressed up for nothin?"
Jim growled and turned on his heel, signaling Rumer, Jerome, and Jack to follow. Jerome grabbed up one of Rumer's bags and caught up to Jim, "Really hoped you had more fight in ya Jimbo." He stopped his talking when he heard Rumer giving out her goodbyes, a couple of people shouting things back.
"Bye bye!"
"We'll miss you!"
"Watch you be back."
And finally, "Miss me, baby girl." He tried to say it quietly, but Jerome still heard. "That wasn't very smart." Rumer snickered as she saw Jerome turn around.
Jim tried to grab him, but he kept going until he was arms length from the handsy security guard. Jerome swung the suitcase he was holding with both arms and brought it down, slamming into the young man's head, causing him to drop to the ground bleeding.
"Valeska! Up here, NOW!" Jim yelled, starting to regret his decision. Rumer hooked her arm through Jerome's, "That was so cute, my little Jerome, getting all jealous. And it's about time you finally hit that skeaze." After kissing Jerome's cheek, Rumer turned back to Jack, who was sticking his tongue out at the caged inmates, "C'mon Jack, we're goin home."
Jerome rolled his eyes as Jack ran up and grabbed Rumer's free hand, "I'm gonna kill him. Chop his hands off while I'm at it." Jerome muttered as the trio walked past Jim. "Dear God. I just don't wanna lose my job." Jim said as he followed the convicts out to the car.
