The Stolen Journal ~ Chapter 6

After a fifteen minute drive we pulled up at a small Italian Restaurant. It look romantic and the air around it smelled delicious.

We hoped out of the car and went straight inside. We waited for about thirty seconds before the hostess came over.

She asked us if we had any reservations and of course the sweet Julian I know did. We were shown to our table and took our seats. We had a really nice table and I could help look around the atmosphere.

None of us spoke so I picked up the menu and started scanning through it. Everything looked so delicious I couldn't think what to choose.

"So what are you getting?" Julian finally asked breaking the silence between us.

I looked up from the menu and gave him a childish grin. "I'm not sure, everything looks so delicious and mouth watering"

He just laughed and went back to looking through his menu. At least I wasn't over dressed. After a little while and waiter came back holding out his pad.

"Would you like to order now or do you still need some time?" he asked in heavily English accent.

"We can order now" Julian said smiling at me. "I'll have spaghetti and meatballs with a come please" he ordered.

"And you miss?"

"Umm I'll just have the fettucini and lemonade" I told him smiling not caring how many carbs there is in my meal.

Once the waiter left a smirk made a way onto my face "Spaghetti and meatballs? What a classic" I said laughing.

"Don't diss spaghetti and meatballs before you try them. The ones you make here are the best" he said laughing shaking his head.

We chatted about everything and anything while we waited for our food. We laughed and joked around and had a great time. Once our food arrived we were still talking about anything. He mentioned he had a twin brother be he was a bad boy and was sent to prison. They were identical too. Julian also let me try one of his meatballs and boy was he write, they were delicious.

Once we finished a meals we decided to get desert elsewhere and go catch a movie. Just like a clichè first date would. We ended up choosing to see the movie 'Bad Teacher' with Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake. It really was a funny movie.

We got popcorn and paddle pop sticks to go into the movie with. We laughed and had a great time. Surprisingly he didn't make a move or anything which I was grateful for.

When I got home he walked me to my door and gave me a goodnight kiss and told me he also had a great time.

I went straight to the kitchen to grab a tub of cookies and cream ice-cream so I could eat that while write in my journal.

"Have a good night?" a voice said making me jump right out of the freezer. A turn to look at the person speaking to me but it was pretty obvious who it was.

"Aunt Josie..." I sighed turning around shutting the freezer with my back and staying against it.

"So who's the miracle boy? She asked smiling. I'd ever only brought home two boyfriends in my entire school life and Josie was there for both visits.

I knew what she was like and didn't have the energy so I changed the topic. "Aren't you suppose to be working?"

"I got the night of" she said shrugging. "Anyway back on topic. Who is he?" she asked smiling.
