Trouble

Chapter 23

Kaylynns POV

    I tried to scream for Niall to stop. It just came out as a mumble. I tried to get the duck tape off my mouth with my shoulder. It is really hard because I was tied up hands and legs. I struggled while I watched Niall beat Matthew up. Niall also was really bad beat up.

    Just then Kaitlyn walked burst through the door. When she took in what was laid out before her she had a look of shock. She ran over to me passing Matthew and Niall. She tore off the duck take that was pressed against my lips. I had to hold back a scream it hurt so bad.
"Kaylynn what's happening?"

I couldn't hold it back I started crying. "You..your boyfriend ra..ra...raped me." I said through the sobs and tears running down my cheeks. She looked mad then. Her facial expression went from worried to mad really quick. She turned around and gave Matthew a glare who just pulled back his arm to hit Niall. 

    "Matthew" she screamed. Right then she noticed Matthew had his brass knuckles on. "Stop!" I heard Kaylynn yell. He didn't though he launched his first into Niall's forehead. Niall fell back hitting the corner of Kaylynn's desk. Matthew then ran from the room.

     I was in shocked mode I couldn't move. I watched as a pool of blood started to surround Niall's head. I finally ran to him and looked at Kaylynn. I got up sprinting to her. "Get dressed and help me carry him to my car! We need to get him to the hospital!" I yelled while untying her.

    I jumped up and grabbed my keys while I waited for Kaylynn. She ran out of the bathroom going to Niall and helping him up into our arms. I never knew he would be this heavy. We only manage to hit his feet not his head. Thank goodness though just think about how bad that would be.

    After we finally got to my car and got him in my arms felt like rubber. We hurriedly jumped into my car and we raced for the hospital. It seemed to take hours. Kaylynn sat in the back with Niall's head in her lap. She was holding a cloth to his head and whispering to him. She even knew he was out cold and couldn't hear her but she still whispered.

    When we arrived at the hospital we ran in as fast as possible yelling "Help us please!" I saw a man grab a stretcher and bring it over. They grabbed Niall and put him on and started to wheel him away. That whole time Kaylynn was being to go back but they wouldn't let her. They finally closed the doors on her and she dropped down crying.

I decided to grab her a muffin and a coffee she looked liked she really needed it. Once I got our drinks and started my way back to her she finally had stopped crying and I handed her the coffee and muffin. "He will be okay Kaylynn. We got him here in time." I was trying to calm her down. I really am worried sick about him.

I decided to leave her alone and went to a corner seat and set down. I had to much to think about. First of all Matthew what am I suppose to do about that? I pulled out my phone and pulled up my messages and clicked his name. I set there for the longest time with a blank screen. I couldn't think what I wanted to say to him.

     After what seemed like hours of waiting for any news of Niall a doctor walked out. "Niall" Kaylynn got up so fast it shocked me. I got up and made my way over there. "Well Ms. Avery your boyfriend will be just fine. He did have to get stitches because he busted his head open pretty bad. Do you know how this may have happened?"

    I knew she was going to tell him just she will be leaving things off. She had that thinking look on her face. It then twisted to disgust.  "Well he got into a fight and he fell and hit his head on a rock." I said. She looked over at me with a look that told me 'thank you'. I gave a nod and turned around and walked back to my seat.

    We didn't have to wait long till Niall was released. It was kinda a struggle getting him in the car though. He was still a little bit crazy from the drugs. When we finally got home Niall and Kaylynn went to bed. I just stayed on my phone all night.
