"No I think you should," he answered after some thought, and I walked over to the bed to pick her up. Then we made our way down the stairs, Luke following me closely.

When we rounded the corner of the wall, facing our parent's, they became silent. I smiled widely and looked up at Luke, who had now put his hand gently around me.

"Say hello to little April Rose Hemmings," I smiled again.

Mum almost gasped.

"You gave her a name?" she asked, almost in tears.

"Yeah, do you like it?" I answered while Luke's parent's rushed over to look at her.

"Love it," they all said, one by one.

"Do you want to hold her?" I asked both Liz and Andy, and Liz said yes straight away. I was on my way to give her away, but Liz stopped me.

"But can I please take a picture of the three of you first?" she smiled, and of course she could. We posed like we had when we first came to sight, looking at our baby.

The night came a bit too quickly, and I had to go to bed. It wasn't good for neither me nor April that we stayed up to midnight, so I excused us and headed upstairs to get ready for bed. I changed on April first, and put her pyjamas on. When she was asleep in my bed, Luke came in.

"Hey" he whispered. "I was thinking I might sing my girls to sleep before I head off with my parents," he smiled and followed me into my bathroom where he watched me get ready.

"I'm here all day and all night, so you're free to come over whenever you want," I told him, just before I was ready.

"Thank you. I think I'll spend a little time at home with mum and dad. Ben and Jack are coming home too, so I'll have to stay with them for a little while," he begun, and I could see that he wanted to say something more.

"And?" I smiled.

"And I've got plans with the band tomorrow night, and the night after that. He said we're going to this epic party, two days in a row" he said, feeling a bit guilty.

"Luke, that's great. Why aren't you happy?" I asked him , unsure of why he was staring at the tiled floor for that long.

"Because I don't want to be that dad who is always out clubbing while the mother sits at home with the baby," he admitted. I got him really well.

"I'm the type to party every weekend, you know" he added.

"I know Luke, but you're in a different position to pretty much every single father on this earth. You're all over the world, and when you're finally home, I get that you want to spend some time with your friends here. If clubbing is your thing, then I'm not going to be mad or sad about it. I can do that all year, because I have a mother that would love to take care of our daughter, so when you're home, I don't need to, Luke. You can't feel bad about this. As long as you get to do what you want to when you're here, I'm happy" I told him, hoping he would feel better.

He got up.

"What did I ever do to deserve you, Andrea Rose? I will never understand that," he said just before his lips met mine.

Seeing tweets about how well Luke was when he was out, from both him, Calum, his other friends, and fans that had met him outside and stuff, bothered me.  I didn't like it much. First of all, I wanted to go with him, but I couldn't because I was not old enough, and he could not be seen with me.

Second of all, because I didn't fully know who he was with or what he was doing. Not that I didn't trust him, that was the only thing I knew about him, that I trusted him to not doing anything stupid. I never knew though.

finally, I just wanted it to be him and me while he was here. We had some things to catch up on, just the two of us. I didn't even know how long he was staying here. Was it just a week like last time, or did he have the Christmas off? I had no idea, and I couldn't ask him yet. That would just wake him up. It wasn't even six in the morning yet.

Instead I got up and fed my baby. We had a great time, and I enjoyed my time alone with my daughter. She slept most of the time, but I looked at her and stroke her cheek and hand and just watched her. She looked so perfect where she laid. Her eyes was definitely Luke's and her nose and ears were mine. She was the perfect mix between the two of us, and that reminded me of the two of us, all the time.

Luke didn't have time to hang out with us until the afternoon after the second night out. He kept apologizing for everything, and told me he'd stop saying yes to everyone wanting to hang out, and come see me instead, but I told him not to. His friends were just as important as me, I said to him.

"And that's where you're wrong. I love my friends and all, but they're nowhere close to you in that competition. You win that every time," he explained.

How's April?"he then asked when I didn't say anything. I just stared at him in awe.

"She's great. She's begun to sleep all night now, and I reckon that's because of you," I told him. His entire face lit up.

"Really?" he asked excitedly. I nodded laughing.

"She behaves so much calmer when you're around. That's why I said you're such a great father" I explained to him, and he hurried over to me.

"I love you so, so, so, so, so, so much" he said in between our kisses. "Thank you for making this baby so perfect with me," he said to me. "A perfect woman always makes a perfect baby" he finished before he kissed me more.

"I've got an appointment at the hospital with April tomorrow. They have to check up on her a lot, because no one knew she was coming." I told Luke.

"Oh, okay. How often are you there?" he then asked. "Twice a month."

I was a bit disappointed, actually. I had hoped he'd want to come with us, but he didn't even ask. I looked hopeful at him for a little while, to try and tell him I wanted him with me.

"What?" he asked smilingly when I had looked at him for a bit too long. I blushed. Was it that obvious I was looking at him? Oh gosh.

"I was just wondering if you might wanted to come with us?" I asked sweetly. His eyes darkened a lot, a bit too fast, and I got worried. Was I saying something wrong?

"Shit!" he said to himself, before scratching his neck.

"What is it?" I asked, leaning forward in my chair.

"I... I um." he begun without looking at me, but then his eyes locked in mine, and I was scared for what he was about to say.
