Racism

We all bleed the same color

All of us are human beings

Color is irrelevant what matters is the heart,

How could you hate a person you don't know?

Embrace them as if they were your family

Put yourself in their shoes for a day

Imagine how they feel being hated,

Just because their skin is a different color

Society has labeled them as a statistic

When they come around people mumble

Actions that were committed by others

They should not have to answer for,

Innocent until proven guilty they say

As a innocent man is convicted and why?

Just because he was Black, just because he was Mexican

Just because they aren't exactly like you

You say they are guilty knowing their soul bleeds innocence.
