"Whose there?" Winter asked as she heard two people whisper. She wasn't going to put down her guard. After all, Gaia had tried to kill her. But if her dream was true, then wasn't she trapped underneath the land? But what land.
"Don't worry," a kind voice said, causing Winter to turn around to where it was coming from, but she couldn't see anyone. "We're not going to hurt you."
"Who are you? What do you want?" Winter asked looking around her. So far she was the only one there. This was far too familiar, this was the reason she didn't know Gaia looked like. Since she would never show her face. "Come out, Gaia! I'm not going to fall your snow damning tricks."
"Gaia? I'm sorry about my sister," a male voice said. "But we can't tell you who we are, not until we show you something."
"Then how can I trust you?"
"Sorry, but you don't have a choice."
Winter only frowned at his words. She needed to called them something, and she was sure that they wouldn't like Chowilawu one and Chowilawu two. But until she got their real names, then that would have to do. "Then what do you want?"
"To know why you're here."
"Sorry about him," Chowilawu one said. She hated the fact that she couldn't show her face to the brown haired girl. But the last time they did that was with Wen? Or was it Wynter. It didn't matter, he was only here because he wanted to control his tribe.
"Why I'm here? I don't know." Winter only looked at her feet. Why was she here? She wasn't forced to come in, open the door. She could've left any time she wanted, but why did she stay?
"You don't know?" Chowilawu two asked surprise in his voice. He thought she would've said something else, at least, their was a chance that his sister didn't have to get rid of this one, he had to get rid of the last one. "Then why did you leave?"
"Spring made me, but she didn't make me stay," Winter said thinking about, the entire time after the Light village, it was like she trying to make her leave. "I came with them."
"Why did you come with them? Why did you continue?" Chowilawu one asked. She knew that might be a chance with this one.
"I don't know." Winter didn't know why she was here. She didn't even know what this was about. She had left because of Hunter, but that didn't mean she had to go with them. She could've gone to the Animal Tribe, or even the Mountain Tribe. Both were known for taking in children.
"She's telling the truth."
"How do you know?" Chowilawu two asked Chowilawu one, his voice was flat. "She could be lying we don't know. It's not like we can see her face."
"I doubt she knows why she's here."
"So you've looked into her memories?"
"You know me too well."
"I'm your brother I'm meant to."
Winter only blinked. She went through her memories, putting her hands on her head, she wondered when the heck she went through them.
"Good luck on the second part," Chowilawu two said. She knew what they had planned, but they didn't know how someone was going to react to it. Winter was worried, he said 'test' like Leaf. However, she had to do was talk to her dead older brother and sister. She didn't want to know what she had to do for them.

When she opened her eyes, it wasn't the darkness she saw. But rather the Seasonal River, where Lily had died. Saying that Lily was standing on the same spot, but the river was cracking.
