Day 18

Just like he promised, Ryan was waiting for me by the school gate.

For one second he actually looked hot leaning against his car, looking at his phone with a slight frown of his face.

But as soon as he saw me he made that evil smirk of his and walked towards me. For some weird reason I felt nervous. You know? The butterfly in the belly kind of nervous. And they only increased the closer he got.

Once I was in hearing distance he didn't even greet me properly. He just stated the fact that I was late.

Of course I was late! I had no idea how to contact him so I had no way of finding out where we were going and that means... That I  couldn't decide on what to wear.

But I obviously didn't say that to him. I just told him he should be happy that I showed up.

He didn't have a response to that, he just muttered for me to get myself in the car. But where he took me next, was kind of exciting.

You will not believe it. Hell, I almost didn't believe what I was seeing!

He had taken be ice skating! And it wasn't any ice skating rink, it was the coolest thing I have ever seen! It was huge, and there were little ramps and everything.

Of course, there was the little problem that I didn't know how to ice skate. But I couldn't care less. Suddenly being in Ryan's company wasn't such a bad thing.

Just like anybody would expect, me not knowing how to ice skate was indeed not a small problem. It turned out to be a disaster. I nearly sprained my ankle a billion times, and there hasn't even been a number invented for the times I fell.

Yep, I am still the "over-exagerator"...

Well, Ryan had to help me a lot, to the point in which I was clinging onto him the whole time. And because of that, most of the times I fell, he fell with me.

I have to admit that it was in fact a fun day.... We even had ice cream afterwards (and who doesn't like chocolate chip mint?) but I was dreading the end of the day.

Ryan's words from yesterday had been ringing in my ears through most of the part...

Prove to me that you are fine by spending the day with me tomorrow. If you do that I will leave you alone for the rest of your life.

And of course, I did not get off the hook.

Once Ryan dropped me off at home, he insisted of course, he said yet another thing to surprise the fuck out of me.

I must say that you are a good actress, he said, you almost had me fooled. I just stared at him with a very weird look on my face. And he just continued, You can fake a laugh, you can fake a smile. But you sure as hell cannot fake happiness. I will see you tomorrow.

I mean, the nerve of this guy to decide whether I am happy or not. How dare he, right?
