Graig

Her silvery eyes shifted to dark ones. She was looking at me like she can see through me. She blinked then her eyes turned to its normal silver color.

I cleared my throat and decided to speak. "I know that you already know why I'm here, witch."

She smiled at me "Of course, Alpha Graig."

I stared at her, wide eyes before composing myself letting out an alpha aura that I know she already felt once I entered this place. "Tell me where she is." I demanded in an alpha tone that made most of the people cower away or obey immediately, but this witch just smirked at me as if knowing something I don't.

"What did the Alpha do to make such a powerful lady very angry." She mocked.

"Just tell me where she is!" I shouted at her, standing as my wolf wanted to take over, to punish her, torture her. Just to know where my mate is.

She shook her head sideways. Before handling me a piece of paper.

The letters were bold, her writing is so clear and beautiful. But the words, the two words that made the blood in my veins run cold, made my heart broke into pieces, made the unsettling feeling formed on my gut.

My need to find her intestified, I know she didn't mean this. She's just angry. We haven't talked yet, heck I haven't even seen her after that night.

Did she really hate me that much?

I wanted to explain everything to her, I want her to understand why we did that that night. It was my father's order. He was acting crazy before that night. I don't know why. I just know something happened to him.

I looked at the little piece of paper on my hand, two words written on bold seven letters. Yet, it made me feel sad, unwanted, broken and rejected.

KILL HIM

I blinked ones, twice, three damn times. But the letters are still there. Bold and clear. I look up to meet the pained gaze of the witch.

"Why?" Was all I could manage to ask.

Why does she want me dead?

Her eyes softened for a fraction of second, I might've imagined it, but I know I saw it.
"I'm sorry." She said before she disappeared in the thin air.

I looked around me, but no one paid attention to us.

* * * * *

My paws ran as fast as it can go. I will find her, I will go where I first saw her. For the hundredth time I will go there. I will wait till I saw her again there. The river, where I first saw her, held her, and watched her shift into her beautiful white wolf.

White wolf that I believed was just existed on stories, now my mate is one. She's not just in a story, she's part of my story and I will make her mine, I will make her forgive me, I'll explain everything to her, make her understand.

I neared the place that I spent most of my time, the river. The wind blew and a sweet scent caught my nose. 'Mine' my wolf said.

She's here. But she's not.

I looked around me, searching for other presence but I found none.

But her scent.... She was here somewhere.

I shifted on my human form, it wasn't as painful as the first time years ago. I was used to it. I put the clothes I brought with me and sat on the giant stone near the lake. The moon illuminated the lake, I stared at my reflection, the scar on my face was visible, the scar that my mate gave me the night I met her.

Somewhere behind me, I heard a twig snap, making me on fully alert, I whipped around, a stance ready to attack. I loud growl escape me lips. I sniffed the air but I smelled nothing dangerous.

I stared at the dark forest longer, making sure no one was really here. I was about to turn but a small movement caught my eyes. I walk towards the tree where I saw the movement. I walk slowly and carefully, making sure I'll make no noise.

I look behind the tree but no one was there. I sighed and walk back to the river but stopped as I saw I white piece of paper on the ground. I picked it up and unfolded it.

It was written neatly and I somehow recognized the writing.
She was here.

YOU SHOULDN'T BE HERE.
the letter says.

"I'm sorry." I whispered in no one, but I know deep inside me tells me she heard.

I started to walk away from the place. But I felt someone behind me. My wolf whimpered and I know she was here.

I slowly turn, and there I saw a very beautiful woman standing in front of me, she changed. Her long raven hair is now reached her hips but some strands of it tuned white, she didn't look old though, it makes her more beautiful. I examined her face. Her eyes that was the most beautiful shade of blue I've ever seen, her rosy cheeks, straight nose, and her perfect bow shaped lips. She was wearing a white dress that clung her body perfectly, showing her curves.

Was I dreaming?

She just looked at me expressionless. Her eyes hard, blazing with fury. It made my heart clench.

I started to advance to her. Wanting to feel her close once again, to touch her, hold her.

She just stood there, unmoving, just watching my every move. She didn't move back when I was so near to her. Then I saw it, her eyes turned dark, not from anger but from lust.

She wanted me as much as I wanted her.

I, unsurely lifted my hand to touch her face, she didn't move so I touched her. She leaned closer to me, and I heard a sigh escape her lips then she closed her eyes, as if savoring the moment. This made me happy.

Then she opened her eyes, a fury so strong that directed towards me. She was looking at me with full of hatred. I was taken aback her her change of moods and want her to last longer on my arms.

Then it happened so fast that I didn't see it coming. She crashed her lips into mine.

It wasn't slow or passionate, instead it was a hard demanding, a punishing kiss. I was so shock that I haven't time to respond before she pulled away from me.
I immediately missed the warmth of her, the feeling of her lips into mine.

"I hate you."
She said.

Then she crashed her lips on mine again and this time I reacted to it.

I don't care if it was all a dream as long as she's with me, I don't fucking care.
