Chapter 8. Ninja

After 30 minutes of Dayna and Halsey acting cute and kissing Lacey had had enough. She needed answers and couldn't hold back.

She approached the blue haired girl that had Daynas head in her lap. She ran her fingers through Daynas hair as she talked to one of her friends. Lacey knew that Halsey had only started hanging out with this group a few months ago. She got along with everyone and everyone got along with Dayna too so trying to get people to dislike the blue haired girl would be hard, especially if she was dating Dayna.

Halsey tapped Daynas thigh when she saw Lacey.

Dayna turned her head from where she gazed at the stars and rolled her eyes at Lacey. This fueled anger in the older girl.

"Dayna can we talk?" She said simply.

Dayna looked at her in the eyes "I've nothing to say to you Lacey"

"you've got nothing to say? Not even an apology?" She asked pissed. Everyone looked at them.. No one was aware of what Lacey had done to Dayna.. She forced her to keep it a secret. The two girls that Lacey had to beat Dayna up were sitting across the way staring at the current situation.

Dayna sat up quickly and stared at her "me apologise? Are you forgetting what you done to me? Or would you like me to remind you in front of everyone?"

Chink stood up and sighed "Guys stop.. We're here to celebrate Dayna returning don't fight"

"Well maybe I didn't want her to return" Lacey glared at him "or are you all forgetting what she done to me and well all of us.. She lied to us for months" Lacey spat.

"And she apologised to every single one of us before you got here"

"I deserve the apology" she gritted her teeth.

"You" Dayna pointed her finger at Lacey "are a dumb bitch who got played by a 15 year old.. Yeah I'm a bitch I lied.. Because I loved you but I couldn't give a fuck about you right now"

"You 'loved' me.. Why are you so angry then?" She smirked.

"Because you got Heather and Sarah to beat the shit out of me and put me in a coma for a week" she shouted.

Lacey's face fell and she watched as everyone turned to her and the two girls that has caused Dayna a lot of pain.

"You what?" Matt stood, the older brother coming out in him.

"Matt she's lying I sw-"

"Lacey don't you fucking lie to me.. It all makes sense" he laughed "Dayna was 'jumped' straight after the break up... We sat and watched her everyday hoping she'd wake up... This is all your fault" he got angry and walked towards her.

Meanwhile Dayna was being comforted by Ashley who held her in her arms.

Two guys were currently holding matt back while other girls shouted at Lacey,Sarah and Heather to leave.

"I don't feel good" Dayna mumbled to Ashely who frowned "what is it?" She stroked her hair "are you gonna get sick?"

"I'm gonna pu-"

In an instant Dayna was collapsing, falling off Ashley's lap into the sand. Her eyes rolled to the back of her head and she began to seize... She was pulling a whitener from the pot she'd smoked. A whitener, is what their group of friends called blackout from smoking too much..

"Shit" Halsey cursed and moved to Dayna "did she smoke?" Dayna shouted as she moved the girls head onto her lap.

Everyone gathered around as Dayna began to stop moving and a couple of seconds she fluttered her eyes open slowly before leaning over and puking.
