{Time Skip to Saiyan Saga}
{Gohan's POV}
One year has passed since I've met (y/n). I haven't seen her or anyone else for that matter for about a year. I had returned home recently from training with piccolo and dad was recently resurrected with the dragonballs (I think). I've learned a lot since I've arrived home with my mom making me read books and all.
I really miss (y/n). I wish I could see her again. I miss the feeling I get when I see her. I never want her to leave me again. I wonder how much she's changed. That feeling I get when I see her, that flutter in my heart, do I like (y/n)? I think I do. But what's that other feeling I get when I imagine someone hurting her? I guess I'll find out eventually.
Anyway, all of us decided to meet up at the Kame House to look at the news about some mysterious people who happened to be destroying the city. Bulma arrived like a second later. "Sorry I'm late guys, had some trouble along the way." Bulma said, scratching the back if her neck. "Oh yeah, I forgot to introduce someone. (Y/n) come on in." What?! I can't believe my ears. Did she just say (y/n)? The said girl stepped inside the house. "I don't know if you guys know this but this girl was Raditz daughter, and I just so happened to take care of her." Bulma said. "So you're like my niece?" Dad said. "Not exactly." (Y/n) started."I forgot to mention this but Raditz isn't my blood father.*" she said. I unconsciously stood up. Before I knew it I ran over to (y/n) and hugged her. "Someone's happy to see me." (Y/n) said, laughing.
Her laugh was so beautiful. The flutter in my heart just grew. I let go of her, even though I didn't want to. "I missed you." I said, looking at my feet, my cheeks getting hot. "I missed you too. You've grown since the last time I saw you." She said, smiling. I nodded, mumbling a "so have you", then suddenly remembered that she had a tail, yet I didn't see it.
"Hey Gohan, who's your girlfriend?" My dad said, with a goofy grin. My face got hotter as I responded with "Daaaaad". Everyone started laughing including (y/n). I laughed along with them shortly after.
{Time skip}
{3rd person POV}
(When the Z fighters encountered the two saiyans, Nappa and Vegeta, they battled together. Many of he Z fighters wound up dead, and the saiyan Nappa ended up being killed by his own comrade. Only Vegeta, Krillin, Goku, Gohan, (y/n) and Yajirobe were left. Vegeta turned into the Giant Ape making it difficult to defeat him, but Yajirobe cut of his tail and Goku had fought him. Vegeta was defeated as he crawls to his saiyan pod. As Krillin is about to kill Vegeta with a sword, Goku stops him and let's him escape, but before he leaves, Vegeta says...)
"(Y/n), let's go."
The girl refused. "I'm not leaving with you. I want to stay here." The girl said. Vegeta didn't argue and went into his saiyan pod and left.
"You want to stay here?" Gohan asked her. She nodded. The boy's heart thumped. "Um how about instead of living at Bulma's house, come live with my dad and I." The boy asked, a light tint of pink on his cheeks. The girl's eyes lit up. "Really? Yes!" She yelled.
But little did she know that the choice she made, would change her whole future. The boys mind raced with thoughts of her living with him, as well as his heart. But on the inside, he was afraid.
Afraid of himself.
