Let Me Love You

Chapter 10

"Come on Miley!" later after that big incident with Jason, Taylor is begging me to go to this party in this guys suite which i don't really feel like going to after all that.

"I can't go you know i have homework, there are other classes you know." i got off the bed and put the rest of my homework in my bag.

"Come on lets get loose!" she shouted as she put eyeliner and mascara on in the mirror. "Remember last time we got loose? I almost died" i exaggerated a bit but at least we weren't dead.

"I know but.." she paused for a second to figure out another reason why i should come to the party. "Jason will be there and plus i know you like him, it's so obvious" she smirked while she added more mascara.

"I do not! And even if i did he is dating our friend Selena" i said. "So? Just come on please? Pretty please?" she begged and begged until she got her way. I nodded indication that i will go, i mean she would do the same for me.

"Yay!" she squealed and dragged me off the comfortable bed into the humongous closet that had my suitcase sitting there opened with clothes falling out.

"Okay how about this?" she got down on her knees and started searching for stuff through the messy suitcase. Taylor then pulled out a white crop top, black leggings, and black high top converse.

"I thought you were gonna pull out something slutty." i laughed as i took the clothes from her hands. "Me too." she also laughed and pushed me into the bathroom to get ready.

I took a 10 minute shower and then brushed my teeth. I changed into the outfit that Taylor had picked out for me. I put on a little makeup and a little mascara on, since my hair didn't even touch my shoulders i let it be.

I walked out of the bathroom to see Taylor on my bed on her phone, "You look great." she said still on her phone. "You didn't even look up." i crossed my arms against my chest. "I just know because you always look great." she smiled and got up and gave me a hug.

"Thanks." i smiled and hugged her back. I grabbed my phone and we left, "So where is this "Party"?" i quoted with my fingers as we stepped into the elevator.

She pulled out a crumpled piece of paper out her back pocket and opened it, "umm suite 409." she said as the elevator came to a bumpy stop. We got out and looked around, we automatically heard the sound of music from a distance.

We followed the loud music down the hall until we saw suite 409, Taylor banged on the door hard enough so they could her us from the inside. A few seconds later some guys opened the door releasing blaring music into the hallway.

"Hey come in!" he shouted over the songs gesturing for us to make our way in. Taylor smiled and took my hand to drag me in. From the outside it looked kind of small but when you go in it is pretty big. There were so many people dancing and drinking looking like they were having a fun time.

"Hey where's Selena i thought she was coming?" i asked Taylor as she handed me a red solo cup filled to the brim with alcohol.

"She is here." she pointed over to the corner where Selena and Jason were dancing to the music very closely. I took a very long sip of the burning liquid, somehow it made me feel better. "Jealous much." Taylor smirked.

"Yeah right." i smirked back taking another sip. "Hey guys." we turned around to see Andrew a little drunk but not that much. "Hey Andy, see any cute girls?" i asked while looking around.

"Umm no." he nervously laughed rubbing the back of his head. "Let's go talk to Selena shall we?" Taylor suggested turning the other way to face the direction that Selena was in. "Maybe later?" i suggested back.

She didn't listen and pulled me over to where Jason and Selena were dancing. "Hey girl." Taylor said to Selena to get her attention away from Jason. "Hey." she panted and gave us both warm hugs.

Jason gave me a brief smile looking me up and down biting his bottom lip, i began to feel my cheeks heating up so i looked away.

"So what's up?" i asked trying to get a conversation started right away to not create awkwardness between all of us. "I don't know, but Jason has this bruise on his arm." she rolled up his plaid sleeve to show me.

I nodded as if i had no idea how it got there at all. "So what do you guys want to do?" Taylor asked as she glanced at Jason's bruise. "How about some truth or dare?" Selena smiled.

"Really?" I asked and she nodded. "Yeah we can do it." Taylor devilishly smiled, and that's why i hate playing truth or dare with her. She always comes up with the dirty or weird ones.

We went into a empty room and a few people followed even Rebecca, i didn't even have the energy to tell her to get out but whatever.

We all sat in a circle in the room on the floor, there were about 10 of us in all. "Okay so who's going first?" i asked after a few seconds of silence. "I'll go first." i looked to see who said that, Brad. I shook my head and he began to speak.

"Miley, Truth or Dare?" he asked with a huge smirk on his face. "Truth." i groaned in annoyance. He smiled and thought for a second what to say.

"When was the last time you had sex?" he smiled with evilness making me furious. "none of your damn buisness." i spat at him.

"Come on Miley, its a truth you have to answer." he said.

Everyone turned their heads to look at me. i groaned again and decided to answer, "i never had sex, i've had done it another way but i haven't like did it." i admitted putting my face into my hands with shame.

And it was true i did have a boyfriend before but we have never really have done it. I could feel everyone staring at me. I looked up to see Jason looking right at me which made me feel even more embarrassed.

He looked at me with confusion and another feeling but i really couldn't tell what it was. "Okay, that's all i needed to know." Brad but his hands up in surrender making me glare at him. I got up off the floor and left the room.

"Are you okay?" Selena asked as she followed after me giving me a hug. "No." i shrugged taking a seat on the floor. "I was totally embarrassed, i haven't even did it before, how am i even popular?" i asked her as she took a seat next to me.

"I have done it before so it really doesn't matter, i mean when i did it with Jason i didn't feel like i was with him i feel like me and him are disconnected. I don't feel that spark between us anymore really. " she admitted, i felt as if a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.

"So what are you gonna do?" i asked in curiosity. "I don't know, maybe break up with him." she whispered quietly. I felt bad but was it wrong to also feel kind of good.

"Listen i can't tell you what to do with Jason you need to find out if you guys go together." i smiled and she nodded.

We got up off the floor and I gave her a meaningful hug. "It's all gonna be okay sweetie." she said and pulled me closer. "You too." i said back.
