Let Me Love You

Chapter 8

"Hell no!" Jason yelled while tucking his laptop underneath his arm. I just want to pay him back because I was mean to him so here is my awesome pay back.

"Why not? It can be an awesome
Adventure!" I whined stomping my foot.

"No, you can't be in this kind of danger, you could possibly die!" He was getting kind of pissed now, I knew the other side of him could cry out.

"But you risk your life," I mumbled sitting down on the leather couch. He sighed and sat beside me with a smirk on his face.

"I only do this because I want to." He said.

"But I want to." I whispered laying back in the chair.

"I know you do but, if I say yes you will regret it if you get hurt." He said, I guess he really cared.

"I don't care, if you risk your life then I'm doing the same. We're friends right?" I asked making sure he was on the same page.

"Of course but-" I cut him off. "Jason I just want to help nothing more okay?" He looked at me with curiosity then sighed deeply. "Fine" he groaned.

"But don't come crying to me when you get hurt." he added then pushed me out of his hotel suites door. "Meet me here early tomorrow." he said with a stern tone.

I smiled  and he shut the door in my face. i stuffed my hands in my jacket pockets because of how cold it has gotten. i went back to my room and Taylor and Selena were still not back yet.  I took a long, hot, twenty minute shower and changed into my pajamas.

After I brushed my teeth i hopped into the white bed sheets then went to my bed in just a few minutes.

The Next Day

The next day i woke up to my phone buzzing, for a second i didn't know where i was but i noticed it i was in the hotel. I rolled off of bed and walked into the bathroom, i brushed my teeth then went to change my clothes.

i wore a black long sleeved  lace top, high waisted jeans, and my boots. I combed my hair down and put my earrings in. i put a little perfume on and went to the living room. "Hey Selena are you up?' I yelled.

I heard a room door open but it wasn't Selena. "Hey Miley, its six in the morning shut the hell up! I'm trying to sleep hear!" It was Taylor. She is such a grump in the morning but in used to it when we sleepover at each others house.

She went back into her room rubbing her eyes, "I love you too." i smiled and she slammed the door in response. "Oh and by the way Selena is not here." she peeped out the the door then slammed it again.

Then where else could Selena be? I shrugged my shoulders and left the suite. I made my way to Jason's room since he wanted me to be there early in the morning. After a few seconds i was at his door that was at the end of the hall.

I knocked on lightly minding that he still might be sleeping. Jason was answering for about thirty seconds so i pushed open the door lightly.

"Oh my gosh." i said looking at Selena and Jason, naked, on the couch. Jason fluttered his eyes open, then widened them when he saw me. "Oh my gosh!" i felt my cheeks getting hotter by the second. Jason covered up his body quickly waking Selena up.

"I should come back another time." i suggested making my way out the door. "Stop." he said while both of them were pulling on their clothes.

He got up off the couch, i noticed his eyes were bloodshot red, like he was high on crack. "Hey Miley." Selena said as she nervously rubbed her arm not making eye contact.

"What are you doing here?" she asked crossing her arms against her chest. Jason and I looked at each other not knowing what to say.

"umm, Miley was gonna help me with a project." he finally came up with. She shrugged and picked up the rest of her clothes, she gave him a kiss and gave me a hug then left.

Jason was dead silent for a few seconds, he looked a little anxious and startled. "Well i should go take a shower and change, you can wait here." he lightly smiled and jogged into the bedroom.

I can't believe I just saw that. I mean Jason is really attractive, his jawline, the tattoos, and who can forget his chiseled, rocking body?

I sat on the couch waiting for him. My legs shot back up when i had realized that him and Selena just did it all over that thing.

i started to pace around thinking if i had made the right decision trying to help Jason. I really hope this is easy, it should be i mean we are only dealing with the mafia right?

About twenty minutes later, he cam back pulling his shirt over his body. Part of me wishes he didn't even have a shirt on. His blondish hair was wet as it glistened in the sunlight.

"Sorry i took so long." he apologized squeezing his hair out a bit. "It's fine." i smiled a bit showing to him that it was okay.

"so.." he said as he took out his Macbook and began to type on it, typing so fast i couldn't make out what he was typing.

"So i heard the Mafia is in a warehouse a few miles from here." he said as he still looked down at his screen.

I sighed and plopped down in the other couch waiting for him to tell me what to do next. "So you can stay here and keep a watch out." he shrugged slamming the laptop shut.

"What?" i asked standing up immediately when he said that, his face turned from a serious look to a confused look. "You have to stay it's too dangerous" he said this time with a more stern voice.

"But, i want to come." i whined. "You can't" he pulled on his jacket and took a gun off the coffee table loading it with bullets.

"That's not fair, i want to come." i said again hoping it would change his mind a bit.

He didn't say anything. He pulled on his shoes and left the suite. I chased after him in the hallway.

"Please? I won't give any trouble i promise?" by now i totally sounded like a child whining for something.

He finally gave in and turned around "No trouble or i'll leave you stranded?" i nodded in response smiling on the inside. I couldn't wait for this adventure.
