After I beat the shit out of Shad....Erica told me to go and cool off. I went into the house and went to our room and cried. That's how I really let my anger out. King heard me or he probably sensed it and came to see how I was. I told him I was fine but then he kept at it. King is his mothers child so you know he won't stop until I come out. So I came out and hugged him. Then went back into the room and cried. Then Erica came up and I got angry instantly. She trusted him way too much and he almost came in between us yet again. Why do I allow myself to get this hot and go off. I feel like I need help. Here she goes again calling for me
