Dan blasted green bolts of ghostly energy at everything in sight. He laughed evilly as he heard the terrified screams from the citizens below him. He enjoyed watching them suffer. His joy was cut short however by a different blast of green energy hitting him in the back. He fell to the ground and quickly stood up in rage looking to where the blast had originated. He saw his younger self clenching his smoking fist. The rest of the titans appeared behind. Dan just smirked. There was no way they could defeat him. Robin then yelled his signature battle cry "titans go!" The titans all sprang in to action each preparing their own attacks. Robin whipped out his metal staff and Raven levitated some cars and through them at the older ghost. The objects simply passed through him as he turned intangible. "Pathetic." Dan said as he shot Raven down. Cyborg attempted to blast Dan with his sonic cannon but Dan just blocked it with a shield of eerie green energy. Cyborg's angered and determined face turned to a shocked one as the ghost blocked his attacked. In just a moment he to was down by a ray of energy. Starfire tried to blast the ghost as well but she was met with the same fate as Cyborg. All that remained was Robin and Danny. "Now what?" Robin said turning to his brother. "I-I don't know." Danny stuttered in a worried tone. Robin sensed his brother's worry. "Come on!" He yelled in the calmest tone he could muster as he ran to attack the evil spirit in front of them. Danny followed after him. Robin swung at Dan with his staff but Dan simply grabbed it and kicked Robin in the chest sending him to the ground. Danny growled and ran to attack his evil counter part but he was shot in his stomach by the older ghost's ghost ray. Danny groaned as he pushed himself up on to his elbows. Suddenly he saw Dan grabbing his brother by the neck and hoisting him into the air slowly tightening his grip on the boy's neck. Robin gasped for air and struggled in the ghost's grip. "No!" Danny yelled as he quickly pushed himself up on to his feet. Dan looked back at his younger self. His smirk spread farther across his face. "I bet your brother would like to know who I am or should I say our brother." Dan said in a taunting voice. Robin looked at the two ghosts confused. "No..." Danny said worry and fear taking him over once again. "I really thought he would have figured it out on his own by now but I guess he's not as smart I had suspected." Dan said as he threw Robin on the ground. "Stop!" Danny yelled in fear. "Ever noticed the similarity in our names? Dan Phantom , Danny Phantom. Sound familiar?" Dan began. "Also ever wondered why we both have the exact same symbol on our chests?" Dan laughed. Danny nearly fell over in fear. "That's because I am your brother well at least who he'll become sooner or later." Dan said. Evilness flowed through his voice. "No!" Danny yelled in a voice that was filled with terror. Robin was shocked. He looked over at his younger brother. "Danny..." Robin said with a hint of sadness in his voice. Danny backed away from the group slowly. A scared expression covering his face. "No no no...." He muttered. The images of rejection clouded his vision. "Nooooooo!" He yelled and flew off never looking back. "Danny wait!" Robin yelled as he got up and tried to follow his brother. He reached his hand out into the sky as if he was trying to reach out and pull his brother back into his arms. "Well looks like my work here is done." Dan said as he to flew off but nobody cared about him then. All they cared about was their friend who they'd lost once again. Robin fell to his knees. "Please come back... I can't lose you again..." He whispered to himself. "Please..." He sobbed as a waterfall of tears poured out from his eyes and splashing on the cold concrete road.
