"Wake up." I heard a voice say. I couldn't recognize the voice. "Wake up!" They demanded again. I tried to open my eyes, but it felt like they were sewn shut. The voice was yelling now. It wasn't angry yelling, rather it was sad yelling. The person screaming sounded as if screaming was their only option. They sounded so disappointed. I wonder why.

My eyes open, and I'm in a completely different room. The voice was gone, but the screaming and crying still echoed in my brain. "Where am I?" I asked, hoping for an answer. There wasn't one. I ran around, looking for someone. Someone who could get me out of here.

Why am I here?

The last thing I remember, I was driving to the brew with Hanna, Alison, and Emily. Nothing bad was happening. We were happy. We were happy we had finally graduated. We had finally gotten out off the toxic town of Rosewood. Aria had to stay behind to pack her things with her mother, but she promised she would meet us there. With A out of our lives for good, we were finally free. We could finally live our lives as normal girls.

Then it hit me.

I remember everything now. And it's all my fault.

If I hadn't been distracted by an incoming call from Toby, I wouldn't have gotten us into this mess. If I hadn't been driving that night, I wouldn't be here.

I would be alive.

Suddenly, I feel as if I'm being dragged somewhere, and I have no control. I scream for help, but nothing comes out.

I blink, and I'm taken out of that room and I'm on the streets of Rosewood. I ask random strangers for help. I felt like I was seeing things. I felt as if my eyes were deceiving me. I didn't want to endure what was going to happen. When I turn around, I see a newspaper stand.

"FOUR ROSEWOOD TEENS KILLED IN CAR ACCIDENT."

I read the article.

"Four Rosewood teenagers, Alison DiLaurentis, Emily Fields, Hanna Marin, and Spencer Hastings were killed in a brutal car accident, also killing a truck driver from Oklahoma."

Tears fill my eyes, and I continue to read.

"It was reported that the driver, Ms. Hastings, had been distracted at the wheel, presumably by a cell phone. All families and loved ones ask for privacy as they mourn the loss of the teens."

My mom. My dad. Melissa. Aria. Caleb. Ezra. Paige.

Toby.

They all have to live the rest of their lives without us. And we have to spent the rest of eternity without them.

What is Toby doing?

"I want to see Toby!" I yell to the top of my lungs. I hear nothing in response. There is a huge ringing in my ears, and after I look away and look back, I'm in Toby's loft.

All of Toby's belongings are on the floor, along with a few traces of broken glass. I find him in his room, and his face is buried in his pillow. It pains me so much to see him like his.

Without thinking, I lay next to him on his bed.

"Toby, shh, it's okay. I'm right here." I say. He doesn't hear me. And he never will again.

The doorbell rings, and Toby gets up to answer it. He wiped a few of his tears away, which makes my heart hurt.

Toby opened the door, and there stood Aria Montgomery.

"Mind if I come in?" She asked.

"Yeah, sure. Come in." Toby said, "Be careful." He warned, gesturing to the broken glass on the floor.
