Are You Ready To Die ?

Chapter 21

"Come on lets go , we're going to be late" I yelled running down the hallway . Today is kai's birthday and just like every year he chooses to not celebrate , but little does he know that we have a surprise for him. I called Albert * the man from the boat * and asked him to create a distraction which would delay kai. we both know he will be raging mad but hey it's all worth it. I called some weeks ahead and rented out the entire club for the night. Aaron and james contacted the rest of the gang and flew them over to help celebrate. We were now on our way to decorate the club. For the theme we settled on a black and white theme , you know keeping it classic.  We order some more tables and chairs covering  them with black table cloths and white roses. It took us some hours. It could have finished faster if Jacob and Aaron would've stopped beating each other with the roses. Gorsh sometime I feel to shoot them. The caters came in and set up their stations looking around at the transformation ,I smiled you would never think this is a club minus the outside.

"Okay lets go get dress" I beamed hoping inside the car.

"He is going to have a grand time " Aaron said parking the car .

After finishing showering and washing my hair , I got dressed . I slipped into my white lace dress which reached me mid thigh , to bring out the dress I wore a red peep toe heels and red accessories to go with it . I curled my hair pulling some up into a one and left down the back . For my make up I went for a natural look with the classic red lip stick . Looking at myself in the mirror I looked pretty well good . Before leaving home I texted Albert and told him we're ready .
Opening the door I bumped into someone ,groaning loudly I looked up from my phone to see a angry Jacob . Rolling my eyes I counted to 10 and walked around him . I'm so not in the mood for his childlike behavior, this day is all about Kai .

Aaron and I drove in the same car ,we tried to get Jacob to tag along with us but Jacob being Jacob made a scene and sped off .
"I swear he gets me so mad " I growled when I got in the car .

"Well he did have a crush on you and you kinda did stomp on his heart " Aaron said .

"WHAT !" I yelled ,wanting Aaron to repeat what he just said . Jacob a crush on me ? Gotta be kidding me.

"It doesn't matter now . Let's just go have fun " he said changing the subject .
Parking in the car park I smiled it was empty which meant they hid there cars pretty well .

Calling Kai phone he answered on the second ring .

"Kai " I said whispering ,making it song like a serious matter .

"Vicky ? Are you okay " he asked,concern lacing his Voice . I feel so bad for doing this but this is the only way to get him down here .

"Victor got me . I'm at the club , hurry " I cried

"Wait ! Victoria, Vicky " he yelled and I hung up the phone .

Aaron showed me a thumbs up and we walked inside together .The place was packed with the men and some of their wives . I couldn't believe we actually pulled this off .
"He's walking in " James announced. Suddenly the were lights shut off and everyone found a hiding spot except for me . I was running around like a headless chicken until someone pulled me down .
The door flew open and in came Kai on the count of three everyone got up to their feet and yelled "surprised " . The way his face lit up was the best pic I ever took . His men all went in and greeted him some even giving him gifts . He looked truly happy and he deserved it .

"Nice job kiddo " , Michael said patting me on my shoulder and looking at his boss " I've never seen him this happy in a long while and it's all thanks to you . Now if you'd excuse me I'm going to get wasted " laughing loudly at his crazy Behavior I didn't realize Kai was coming my way .
Lifting me up off the ground swinging me around ,he smiled at me "thank you so much . You don't know how this means to me " he said never taking his eyes off of mines .

"No need to thank me , you deserve it " I hugged him ."the surprise isn't over as yet " I said looking at the front door . Turning around to see what I was staring at he saw his mother." Mom" he said walking quickly towards her . It was pretty difficult to get his mother here because of his father wanting to kill her and stuff but I managed to speak to him and he soften up . Watching Kai and his mother talked made me miss my mom but I know I will never be able to forgive her . Taking a cocktail from one of the severs ,I went to mingle with some of the Guys .

Kai waved me over to him and his mother . With sweaty palms and my nerves I slowly walked not wanting to make a fool of myself .
"Mom , this is my girlfriend Victoria . Victoria meet my mom " girlfriend I love the song of that on his tongue smiling sweetly I shook his mothers hand . She is very pretty the last time I saw her is when Kai got into a fight with Isaac .
"So you're the one my little curly fries keeps on talking about " she said , ignoring Kai's deadly glares . I couldn't help but laugh at his embarrassment.
"Good things I hope " I said poking out my tongue to Kai .
" I like her " his mother said turning to him just in time to see he flipped me the birdie.
"yeah I like her too" he responded smiling at me who was blushing like crazy .

"okay it's time to cut the cake " Aaron announced on the mic .
I order a 10 layer cake with a rainbow effect. Everyone sang happy birthday for him in their drunk states but it's the thought that counts .
"Vicky Come and cut the cake with me " he said calling me over .
When we fed each other the cake the whole crowd started to cheer . Then he pulled me into a kiss which gained us wolf whistled but I was to deep in the Kiss to care .
"Thank you for the best birthday ever " he said kissing me again .
Kai's mother and Albert were hitting it off pretty well ,potential couple .
Everyone enjoyed the night including myself , it was just a drama peaceful night .

After we finished cleaning up and the rest of the gang went back home , Kai and I decided to take a walk on the beach . The sand in my toe made me feel relaxed and the song of the waves crashing on the shore make me feel at peace .
"Here " I said giving Kai a box .

"You didn't have too , the party was enough "

"No " I said pushing the box in his hand " I wanted to "

He hesitated for a second but he gave in and opened the box revealing a Rolex .
"Thank you "he smiled looking at the back were I engraved Our Initials.

"What did I ever do to deserve someone as loving as you " he asked pulling me into a hug ,giggling against his chest I said "you deserve every good thing that's happening "

"I love you "He reminded me softly kissing me on my lips .

"I love you too. Now let's go home am feeling tired " i yawned stretching my arms in the air .
