Pain has been my bestfriend for years , but Atleast it stayed loyal to me.
Waking up the next morning everything was haze . Stretching my hands a lightening bolt of pain shocked me ,howling in pain. The door was kicked open startling me , in came Kai . His hazel dreamy eyes were now bloodshot red . He look like he hasn't felt his bed last night . Running to my side quickly he said ,"are you okay ?"his eyes roaming my body to find the source of my pain.
Wincing and sitting up with Kai's help of course "what happened to my hand ?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows in confusing . I don't remember Anything from last night .
Sighing deeply Kai told me about my silly plan . As he told me the story the memories Rushed back into my head . It was to much and then I was back to black.
Waking up for the second time that day ,this time to dotish beeping machines . Groaning I open my eyes getting blinded by the light ,shutting them back quickly ,I yelled "Uqqh ,turn down the light cocker"
I heard soft giggles coming from the corner . Taking a risk and opening up my eyes slowly I came face to face with Kai .
Smiley brightly at him he returned my smile and pulled the chair closer to the bed .
"Feeling better "he asked ,rubbing circles on the hand that didn't had a IV stick into it.
"Yeah "
"What were you thinking " his toned changed to a angry one and his soft tender circles ,turned into fiery ones .
Pulling away my hands for his I respond back harshly "I did what I needed to do . I eliminated all the bastards ,just the main one and bingo "
"Bingo , fucking bingo " Kai yelled smashing his fist on the chair handles break them"you went in there without a proper plan got shoot ,almost died when you lit the bomb but bingo "
He did have a point I could've died and victor would've gotten what he wanted . I should have thought it through before I proceeded with it . But dad was a big help .wait Dad ! Dad!
"Where is dad" I blurted out .
"He's back at the house"
"How did he even find out" I asked nibbling on my dry lips .
"He is rich,_and knows you like the back of his hands its obvious he would have hired someone to spy on you "
"Yeah you do have a point"
The door handle began to rattle jumping I turned to Kai ignoring the pain .
"Victoria ..!" His voice said , sending shiver down my spines and causing my body to shake . I think I'm about to have a nervous breakdown.
The door open And in came....
