Leightons POV:

two weeks after the date;

Wow that was the best and worst date ever. I was a little worried she was gonna hate me after what happened.

We were sitting by the pond watching the sun go down. I lit a lantern trying to be romantic. We ate a little while making small talk. Out of nowhere it started pouring. Wow this sucks. Her make up started running smearing it. Im so sorry I didn't know it was going to rain. Oh its really okay she said in a kind of disappointed voice.

She was as amazing as the first day I met her. We were siting on the sofa watching how I met your mother when she randomly asked "wanna go see a movie at the drive in?" Sure that'd be nice. Okay then lets go get ready.

We got into the car, half way there and BLAMMM I saw blood on Ccs face. Everything went black.

Destinys POV:

I was sitting at my kitchen table eating mac n cheese with Chris when I heard my phone ring in the living room. It was a number id never saw before. Hello? Hello can I talk to Destiny Lee? This is her. Your friends Charlie and Leighton have been in a car accident. They were hit by a semi. OH MY GOD ARE THEY OKAY?? I was yelling into the phone. I heard Chris tip toe in and look. Im afraid not Charlie has passed. She had a sincere tone in her voice. Oh my god I whispered. What about Leighton. Hes  alive but in terrible condition. Okay ill be there asap. I turned to Chris and hugged him. What happened. CC died and Leightons in the hospital. Oh my god. we stood there hugging for a minute. Lets go.

=====15 minutes later======

We arrived at the hospital at 8:30 pm. Hello how could I help you the lady at the front desk said. Were here to see Leighton Mark. Second floor Room 203. Thanks. Me and Chris  ran to the elevator.

We saw him laying in the bed. Lifeless. He had a big gash on his head and his spine,legs,and left arm were broken. The doctor walked in. Do you think he is gonna make doc? Im not sure the chances are really slip. With that said the heart monitor started going off and we were escorted out of the room. 20 minutes later Leighton passed too.
