Leighton's POV:

I can't believe she said yes. The prettiest girl in school said yes to me Leighton Mark. She barley even knows me! I'm surprised she didn't think I was a creeper. Like I'm happy she did say yes just.....WOW. All of this was running through my head while we were standing in the lunch line.

Leighton? I snapped back into reality. Oh sorry CC I wasn't paying attention. I noticed you've been starring at me for the past 3 minutes. I felt my cheeks heat up. Aww you look so cute when you blush! Really? Haha thanks. I'm sure my cheeks probably looked as red as tomatoes. Shit I thought to myself.

So what do you like to do? CC said breaking the silence. Oh Ummm I like to listen to music pointing to my shirt. Duhh she started laughing. Wow her laugh was cute. I didn't notice until now but she a lot shorter than me. Like 4-5 inches shorter.

We sat down next to each other at the table and I got to know Chris,Destiny,Cc, and Brice a little better. They all LOVED music. Literally that's what we talked about for most of lunch.

Ccs POV:

Omg Destiny answer your fucking phone. first ring no answer......second ring no answer......third ring.....Hello?

DESTINY! I-NEED-YOUR-HELP-I-DONT-KNOW-WHAT-TO-WEAR-ON-MY-DATE-WITH-LEIGHTON! I was yelling and jumbling all of my words together. Okay cc calm down I'll be over in 10. Wow I'm surprised she understood what I said. Well maybe she didn't but she figured that's what it was.

*Door bell rings*

1 sec! Open the goddamn door cc I don't wanna get fucking raped stand out side at 6:30. Whatever Destiny I said laughing at her remark about he getting raped.

What times he picking you up? 8 O'clock sharp is what he told me. Good so we won't have to rush.

=======1 hour later======

Destiny! Its 7:30 and I can't find anything to wear still! Can I just back out of this date? Destiny gave me a very stern look NO she said in a very demanding voice. Fiiiinnnnnne. I already have my makeup done and same with my hair. You know what I'm not gonna dress up I'm wearing normal clothes. Finally she sighed in relief.

Thank god I didn't dress up. I could see Leighton getting out of his car. He was in normal clothing.

*door bell rings*

Hey Des! You can stay here for awhile but I want you gone by the time I get home! Okay! (I lived on my own. My parents have jobs that move around a lot so I just stayed here.)

I answered the door. Wow was the first thing he said to me. What? You.Look.....I look what? Gorgeous. he was so sweet. Well thanks uggh why do I always have to blush. Ready to go? Oh yeah... where are we going anyways? I can't believe I forgot to ask him where we were going. You'll see he said with a grin on his face. He looked so happy.

========car ride========

Leighton's POV:

Wow she looked stunning tonight. I have a special spot to take her. (I've only lived here in Illinois for a week but I surprisingly know the town pretty well.) There's this pond its so nice there. I thought wed have a picnic. I learned her favorite foods from Destiny and Brice. I'm hoping this is gonna go well.
