The ICONic Dream~Part 7 (:

~Hannah’s POV~

I woke up and showered then headed to school. Hopefully today would actually be normal. I walked into my class and went through the motions.

*SKIP TO AFTER SCHOOL*

I was walking to ICON from school when none other than Vinny Castronovo came up beside me. I was smiling hugely (if that’s a word) on the inside.

“Hey…so are we dancing beside each other again?” He asked with that same smile that I adore.

“Sure! Any idea what GEO was talking about with the partner thing?”

“Umm…you’ll find out. Trust me.” He winked then turned forward to keep walking.

We finally got to ICON. There was the usual mob of fans outside all hoping for a picture or an autograph.

“OH MY GOSH! IT’S VINNY!” A girl screamed. This started a commotion. Soon Vin was overtaken by girls. He just smiled for pictures and signed everyone’s shirt or paper. He never quit smiling. That was impressive. We walked into ICON and GEO smiled at us and told us to sit down.

“So, we were offered a trip to a huge dance competition in Cape Cod. We are going. I’ve already notified your parents and everyone is able to go. Now, we will all be paired up. Girl with boy. Some people will compete in two different dance duets. Everyone will have a solo and everyone will be in the group performance.  Now the list is: Nick and Shelby have a duet. Lily and Mikey. Delany and Nick. Erica and Madison.  Mikey and Hannah. Hannah and Vinny. Delany and Vinny. Louis and Nicolette. Victoria and Madison. Jason and Lyric. Thomas and Jen. That’s all of the duets. No one complains or switch. If you have duets with more than one person come to me.” Nick, Mikey, Vinny, me, Delany, and Madison walked up.

“Hannah and Vinny are paired. Delany work with Madison. Mikey work with Lily. Nick work with Shelby.”

Everyone who didn’t have a partner worked on their solo.

~Vinny’s POV~

YES! DUET WITH HANNAH! But I have one with Delany…ugh. I’m so excited to dance with Hannah! We ended up dancing to “Moves Like Jagger” by Maroon 5. She had a sort of solo part when Christina sang and I did the Maroon 5 parts. Then we both danced together in the chorus. The dances were really fun and quick. There was a little tango mixed with Hip-Hop part that we both loved. This should be awesome! Soon class ended and I walked outside with everybody. There were the usual goodbyes from everybody. I hugged Hannah. I hope I didn’t like offend her. It was just a hug haha. I was still worried.

~Hannah’s POV~

HE HUGGED ME! Lord Jesus! He smells like candles. Then I thought that nothing could ruin the night. Now I realized I was wrong.

I hope this wasn't like a spoiler alert. Poor Vincent :( He won't be nervous for longgg! Delany and Mikey were kind of quiet this chapter. This chapter sucked but I PROMISE the next one will be awesome...so next Wednesday...(hopefully) part 8 will be up.
