The ICONic Dream~Part 21 (:

When I originally started to write this story I thought, "Okay, I'm gonna do 21 parts and be done". As you can see, I'm gonna have more than 21 parts. THIS WILL NOT BE THE LAST PART OF ICONIC DREAM. Kay? K.

ON WITH THE STORY

-Hannah's POV-

Here I was. In the middle of a ballroom. I was in a sparkly blue dress and my hair had been straightened. My bangs were swept to one side. Alessandra had done my makeup as well. The sad thing is, I'm alone. Sure there were tons of people dancing around me. But, I felt lonely. This morning, I woke up and got ready like normal. Then, when Al was driving Vinny and me to the dance, Vin decided he needed to make a stop before we went. So Al just dropped me off and said that Vinny would be there later. So here I am, alone. As I was contemplating dancing during a fast song, Mikey Fusco approached me. "Hey." He said, nervously.

"Hey!'' I smiled.

"You sound perky? I thought you hated my guts."

I laughed. "Nahh. I'm ready to forgive and forget. GRANDerz gonna love, right? As long as you don't try anything stupid again."

"No, I think I'm done with being stupid and jealous. Wanna dance? I don't see Vinny."

I smiled and nodded my head. I was glad we were friends. We danced to How To Love. After the song ended, I was kind of bummed out again. Montana was sick and couldn't make it, Shelby was with Nick, Lily was talking to GEO, Victoria was with Madison. I had no one to talk to. I need new friends.

The doors in the front opened and Vincent walked in. I smiled the biggest I have all night. It took everything I had not to run right over to him. I waited for him to find me. I watched him push through the crowds, looking for me. His face lit up when he saw me standing there. "Hi." He said.

"Hey." I breathed, staring at the box in his hand. He caught my glance and looked down at the velvet box.

He stuffed it into his pocket and began to blush. I grabbed his arm and led him the middle of the dance floor where Shelby, Nick, Victoria, Madison, Mikey, Delany, Chris, and Erica were all dancing in a line. Vinny and I got at the end, beside where Victoria and Madison were dancing. It was a nevershoutnever song. Hummingbird. I smiled at GEO's choice of music. "So...whats in that little box of yours?" I asked.

He looked behind me. "Um, lets go outside." I nodded but, I was slighty nervous as to why he avoised my question and why we were going outside. We walked outside andwere met with cool, crisp air. He sat down on a bench and I followed suit.

"So to answer your question, there is a ring in my box," I stopped breathing. "Before you freak out, its not an engagement ring. I'm NOT proposing at 14. Its a promise ring." I began to breath again, and I started to smile.

 He continued, "Remember when I told you that we would stay together? You probably were wondered how I knew for sure. Right? Well, if we can make it through the fans, Delany, and Mikey, I'm pretty sure we can make it through anything else. This ring is to show that you are mine, until I do have an engagement ring for you." A small chuckle. "Be mine?" I nodded quickly.

The ring was slipped onto my finger. It was silver. There were two stones. A diamond for Vinny's birth month, April, and a topaz stone for my birth month, December. Our names were engraved on the sides. It was beautiful. I surprisingly wasn't crying. I mean, it was perfect. Why cry?

Here I was. In the garden of the ballroom that our ICON Ball was being held in, surrounded by flowers, sitting on a bench, staring at the rest of my life.

I know, I know. Sappy. I really didn't mean to put the "ring" part in but, I read an imagine that had a concept like this one on Twitter. I thought "That's going in my story." And voila, there it was.
