~Hannah's POV~

I woke up and found myself dangling off the bed. I turned my head to look out the window and realized it was still dark. I sat upright on my bed, waiting for my eyes to ajust to the darkness. I saw where I had kicked all the covers off me during the night and they sat in a crumpled heap at the end of my bed. I grabbed my phone and clicked the home button to get a small light to show. I walked out onto the balcony not really sure of what I was doing. I went through my Twitter and Facebook out of boredom. I layed back in a tan beach chair that made my bare shoulders itch. It felt extremly cold outside. I blamed the waves from the beach and my tank top and shorts that I had worn to bed for my coldness. I grabbed the nearest towel off the rail and wrapped the blue fabric around me. I thought about my dance with Mikey today that was going to be terribly awkward. I couldn't shake my dream either. For some reason, the voice knew my deepest fear of Vinny being in Texas. I knew a lot of people were prettier, more talented, funnier, and had more charm than me. Why would Vinny pick me? I wasn't special. I was crazy if anything! I thought about my family. I missed Mom and Dad. I even kind of missed Zach. He was a good brother when he wasn't on his Xbox. I wondered about my old friends. I missed my horses on my uncle's farm. I remember when I was about 6. It was my first time riding a horse. I was terrified to even sit on it. My uncle was kind and patient thought and he lifted me onto the horse. Once I finally stopped crying, my uncle started leading the horse around the field and I finally started to enjoy it. I grew older and got into the hobby. I found music, which lead me to dance. I sat on the chair for I don't know how long reminescing good times. I saw the sun rise from the edge of the sky. This was beautiful but it made me miss Vinny. It was about 9 in Texas so I decided to call Vinny. I dialed his number that I had memorized and listening to the phone ring. I heard him answer. "HEY" He almost yelled. I pulled the phone away from my ear, wincing in pain from his outburst. "I miss you." I said quietly.

"Aww I miss you too! Only two more days till I get to go home to good ole New Jersey!" He said and I could tell he was smiling.

"Two?! That means this is my last day in Cape Cod!" I exclaimed and stood up quickly. The towel fell and I stopped my rampage to pick it up. I walked inside the hotel room, not caring if I woke Shelby and Lily up, and packed my bag. I remembered I was still on the phone after I had packed all my dirty shirts into one bag. "Hannah. May I ask what you're doing?" Vinny said through the phone.

"Packing. I have a show today then I'm leaving for New Jersey!"

"Oh. Well PACK and I'll see you REALLY, REALLY soon!'' Vinny said. As I was saying bye I heard a girl giggle in the background. I heard Vinny say a joke and I imagined him pointing to the phone, gesturing he was talking to me. "Vinny, I have to get dressed before I go on the stage so I'll talk to you soon."

"Okay! Good-" Click. I didn't want to be mad. I really didn't. I just wanted him OUT of Texas and with me ASAP!

***Before Show***

"AHHH! What if I mess up? What if I forget my cue at the end? What if Mikey doesn't want to dance with me?" I yelled to Julian, Louis, Tristan, Joey, and Thomas.

"You'll be fine." They all assured me. I was always like this before anything. I looked down at my black sweatpants with the wide red waistband and my black shirt with the red and sparkly number 09 on the back of it. I tapped a red converse quickly against the wooden floor waiting on Mikey. I finally saw him emerge from a group of Boyz. I walked over to him and we reviewed our routine. I stretched my legs quickly and soon I heard the announcers call our names over the loud speaker. Mikey and I ran out onto the stage and waited for the first beats of "Right Above it" (AN: I think thats the song...I'm too lazy to check :P) to play. I went the the performance and I really think I sold it. Everything went as planned until I wobbled. I did a small twirl that should have been easy and fell. I was shocked that I fell during the performance and Mikey was stunned. I fell and acted like it was all part of the show. I rolled and jumped up and resumed my dance, without skipping a beat. It was flawless.

When the awards fianlly came around I smiled proudly when I won best duet with Mikey AND Vinny. ICON didn't win as a group but several people got awards. After the show to celebrate we decided to swag it out in our warm-ups and walk the streets of Cape Cod in search of food. We eventually found a small resturant to eat at. I was so happy in this moment, I had pushed Vinny and all those worries to the back of my mind. <3
