~Vinny’s POV~

She looked beautiful! It took everything I had not to blurt that out. It was so simple of a look. She didn’t even have on fancy shoes. She looked flawless with her brown hair down and curly and her eyes sparkled. She smiled and waved at me. I started to walk up to her but was cut off by none other than Mikey Fusco. -__-

~Mikey’s POV~

I walked my way right on over to Hannah to tell her how great she looked and caught Vinny with his chin on the ground. Silly kid. He’s gotta get there first before someone else (me!) gets her! She looked slightly annoyed with my presence. Or maybe I was imagining it. Yeah, I was.

“Hey Mikey.”  She said coldly.

“Hola babeee,” I said dragging out the E.

She gave me a mean look and brushed past me, careful to brush my shoulder. Whatever. She loves me.

~Vinny’s POV~

Grr. Mikey got to Hannah first. They said a couple words then I saw her walk past him towards….ME?!?!?! Oh my Nutella. She was walking towards me. What do I say?

“Hey.” She smiled at me.

“Hi.”

She laughed and asked if I was ready for the dance.

“Yeah! You want to walk with me up there?”

She agreed (THANK THE LORD) and walked towards the ballroom doors. I blinked at the disco ball in the center and the lights coming from the ceiling. It was kind of dark in here. I stumbled over my feet. Hannah grabbed my arm and asked if I was okay. GREAT I’ve already made a fool out of myself and it hasn’t even started! Victoria waved Hannah over to the table and she said she’d see me later.

~Hannah’s POV~

This dance was so cliché. I mean a disco ball? Seriously? The MC greeted us and we mingled at first. Then the Cupid Shuffle started playing. This is the icebreaker at all dances. I jumped into the line and saw that Louis and Jared were on each side of me. I did all the choreography that everyone knew. When that song ended everyone started dancing to all the songs. We were all walking around to other crews teaching each other what we knew. I started to walk over to another crew during Party Rock Anthem to learn their way of shuffling when the song got cut off. We all groaned and disagreed at what they had cut off. Just The Way You Are by Bruno Mars started to play and I decided to take a much needed trip to the punch bowl.

~Vinny’s POV~

Every time I try to talk to Hannah she goes and talks to another crew or another person. I just never got there in time. I saw her head over to get something to drink during a slow song. Perfect. I walked over to her and just blurted the most stupid thing ever out.

“I kind of sorta maybe think that I just might like you a lot.”

She looked confused then realized what I said. She told me we needed to dance. We walked over to where everyone was paired up and began to dance.

“Vinny….” She began.
