Juliet POV

"He stares at you a lot" Matt said, looking over my shoulder at Cameron. I rolled my eyes and scoffed, playing with the sand.

"He seems so protective over you." Carter added, raising his eyebrows "when Taylor picked you up, and he heard you scream he was on his feet faster then I can say Püma"

"You guys are over exaggerating. We're friends, remember." I rolled my eyes, the word friends coming out bitter.

"I think he likes you. Its sick." Matt snapped, glaring at him.

"Is Matty jealous?" Carter teased, and I started blushing. They started arguing about if Matt was jealous or not, and I got up walking away. I walked over to Cameron, and sat beside him. He was talking to Taylor, but when I came he stopped and looked at me.

"You okay?" He asked, "your cheeks are really red."

"Yeah" I laughed, "I'm fine. So, what's going on here?" I asked, looking between him and Taylor.

"Boy talk." Taylor said, winking at Cameron. I gasped jokingly.

"Well, I want to go home. You guys can all come over and stay the night, my parents aren't home for the whole week, and besides, they love you guys." I laughed, standing up. Cameron stood up to.

"You leaving man?" Taylor asked, and Cameron nodded.

"She's kind of my ride."

**

"Did you have fun?" I asked hopefully as Cameron drove down the road. Apparently it made him feel manlier driving.

"Yeah, your friends are cool." He shrugged. "How'd you meet them?"

"Well, me and Nash have been best friends ever since we were 3. We met Matt our freshman year of school, and then they met the boys on vine. Of course, they all lived in different states. One day they all flew down here, and I met them and we all just became a big family." I smiled, remembering the first day we met. Taylor hit on me for a week before Nash and Matt ended up snapping on him so bad. It was bad, but it got better.

"Oh."

"Yeah. You seemed to fit right in. And you seemed so... At home with them? Like you talked a lot, and didn't seem so awkward and pissed at the world." I said, looking at him.

"Yeah, they're pretty cool people."

I looked up from my book, peeking at the boys. Nash and Matt were playing a video game, and the rest of the boys were just sitting around watching and talking. I looked over at Cameron who was talking to Taylor again. A small smile formed on my face. I knew that this was my family, these were the people that I love the most, the people that care about me. I felt so at home and comfortable with these 10 boys that it was crazy. I looked over at Matt, who was laughing at something Nash said. His face is so perfect, it makes me want to drool. He looked over at me, and smiled. I bit my lip and looked down, a blush forming on my face. I cleared my throat, and stood up walking out the room. I walked to the back yard, and sat on the pool chair. I took a deep breath and let it out, closing my eyes. The breeze felt good as it blew threw my hair. My arms wrapped around my body, and I opened my eyes, looking at the sky.

Cameron is on my mind all the time. But then again so is Matt. I like them both, but they both only see me as a friend. How can you be friends with someone you have feelings for? Why does it have to be so hard? This is harder than a math test.

I sighed, and stood up, walking into the yard. I looked out at the pool water, the lights were on in the pool and it looked beautiful. Suddenly arms wrapped around my waist, and someone's chin rested on my shoulder. I looked over and saw Nash looking at me.

"You okay?" He asked softly, "I don't like seeing my fav sad" he made a pouty face. I smiled, and nodded my head, with a sigh in content.

"I'm fine. Actually I'm more than fine, I'm happy." I turned back to the pool and smiled. "Everything's perfect" I whispered, a small smile on my face.
