He blindfolded both of them and they felt themselves being shoved onto a wagon of some sort and it had already started move. "Everything is going to be alright," whispered Gia reassuring Mystra. The horses halted. As they were pulled out of the wagon and into a building the smell of mildew filled the air. They were struggling to get down the flight of stairs being blindfolded and all. The man pushes them into a dusty cell, pulls off the blindfolds from their big scared eyes, and locks them in.

The next morning, Mystra opens up her eyes and looks at where Gia was supposed to be.

Oh my God. What if he took her and killed her. Oh no and I wasn't there to save her. This is all my fault.

The man finally comes down the narrow stairs, but he isn't alone. There is what seems to be a woman following along beside him.

"How are you on this fine morning Mystra?" said the strange woman.

How did she know my name?

"Where is she?! Where is Gia?!" yelled Mystra whose face was turning as red as a tomato.

"HAHAHA," bellowed the evil woman. "I am Gia."

"Is he making you do this? I know you love him, but love is a blinding thing and it makes you do things you'd never thought you'd do," cried Mystra. "Please Gia please."

"He isn't making me do anything. Yes, I do love him, but I don't ever let a man get the best of me like you did with your abusive lover."

Mystra didn't know what to say. All she knew was that she was in disgust. Gia was the second person who abused her trust. Mystra came to realization that Gia knew all along that Liam was the killer and her befriending Mystra was because she was getting too close to finding out who the murderer was. She knew they were either going to end her or keep her in this hellhole forever.
