In the inn with Lucy she was being attack by other members of Phantom Lord, while she was healing. Loki tried to protect her but Gajeel took him down and grabbed Lucy. He brought her back to the guild after some fun and putting her in magic proof cuffs again
Master Jose: Those who are beaten by trash are trash, as well. Oh, you've returned, Gajeel-san?

He drops Lucy on the ground
