The Truth

Lucy, Laxus and the Raijinshu were the first off the train. Team Natsu and Loki following behind to the guild

"We're back!" Lucy cheered

"Welcome back" Mira said, smiling, "How was the mission?"

"It was a fake..."

"What do you mean it was a fake??"

"Her father hired Phantom Lord to take her back home" Laxus said

"Are you alright, Lu-chan?" Levy asked

"Yeah... I'm just going home and rest. I'll see you tomorrow" she said, walking away with Plue next to her

Laxus told Mira and Levy the whole story and why he asked for backup.

Why would he do this? He never cared about me? Why does he want me back? I have to fix this... I'm going back home so no one gets hurt

I was in front of my home. I wouldn't call it much of a home ever since mom died. Spetto-san saw me and started crying, I hugged her. I missed her so much then everyone came out to see me. That is until one of the maids called me saying father wished to see me in his study. After all this time it's still see me in my study. I went with them and got dressed in one of my pink dresses and walked to his office.

"I'm back father"

"Good, Lucy, now we can finally get on with the plan for your marriage to expand the railroads"
