A/N I'm not sure when it snows in Japan, and I was too lazy to look it up. So I'm sorry if it doesn't snow in December in Japan XD ~M
Kyoya stared out the window of music room #3. He watched as snowflakes twirled through the air, slowly making their way to the ground. There was already a few inches, covering the earth like a blanket.
It was towards the end of December; the last day of school before their winter break.
Kyoya thought he was alone, since club activities had ended a while ago. He sat on the window sill, just him and his thoughts. He couldn't get Tamaki out of his head. It'd been quite a while since Tamaki's drunken confession. He wasn't sure if it was real or not-or if he meant in a "friend way".
Suddenly he heard footsteps, but didn't feel like turning to see who it was, expecting it to be a janitor.
"Kyoya?" Kyoya heard Tamaki's voice and quickly turned. "What are you doing here? I saw you grab your coat so I thought you'd left." Tamaki saw the coat was still on him.
Kyoya turned back to the window. "Kyoya? Are you alright?" Tamaki walked up to him. "I'm fine." Kyoya answered coldly. "Oh... Ok." Tamaki looked at his friend sadly, full of concern.
"Why are you here?" Kyoya asked. "I forgot my phone..." Tamaki chuckled a bit. "How are you not hot sitting in here with your jacket on?" Tamaki asked. Kyoya looked down. He was so lost in his thoughts that he completely forgot where he was and what he was wearing.
"Hey. Are you sure you're alright?" Tamaki asked, moving to try to get Kyoya to look at him. It didn't work. "I'm fine. Just go home." Kyoya mumbled. Tamaki pouted.
After a few seconds of Tamaki staring at Kyoya in silence, his expression changed, and he smirked at his friend-who still wasn't paying attention to him.
"Let's go outside." Tamaki exclaimed. Kyoya turned to him. "For what? It's freezing out there." Kyoya complained. "Not with your coat on." Tamaki tugged at Kyoya's coat. "Come on!" He shouted.
Kyoya grabbed his hat and gloves which were next to him, and began putting them on. Tamaki didn't notice, and began getting anxious. "Plleeeaaasse!" He begged. "Alright, alright." Kyoya muttered, standing.
Tamaki grabbed Kyoya's hand, dragging him outside. "Hold on a second, Tamaki!" Kyoya shouted, stumbling through the deep snow. "I haven't even gotten my gloves on yet!" Tamaki stopped and turned to Kyoya, waiting for him to get his gloves on. Once he was done, Tamaki continued to run, until all they could see was white all around them. No trees, no houses, just snow.
"Why did you bring me out here?" Kyoya asked. "We're going to play in the snow!" Tamaki giggled, falling into the snow and beginning to make a snow angel. "I am NOT playing in the snow." Kyoya started walking away. "Yes you are!" Tamaki got up and grabbed Kyoya's arm, pulling him into the snow.
Kyoya sat up, dusting the snow off his head and arms. "I'm cold let's go back now." Kyoya mumbled. "What? Already? Come on, we just got out here!" Tamaki whined. Kyoya rolled his eyes. He was about to stand up, but Tamaki pulled him back down again. This time, however, Kyoya fell on his back and Tamaki quickly crawled on top of him. "I've got you now!" Tamaki announced triumphantly.
"Get off me!" Kyoya shouted. Although his cheeks were already pink from being cold, it was still apparent that he was now blushing. "No! Not until you agree to play in the snow with me. And for longer than a minute." Tamaki tried to seem scary and threatening. Kyoya sighed, his breath showing in the cold air. "Fine" He gave in. Tamaki's smile grew, and he jumped off Kyoya.
Kyoya slowly got up, enjoying the last few seconds of peace he'd have. It didn't last as long as he'd hoped, because soon his idiotic friend had a pile of snow balls made. "Oh Kyoya~" Tamaki cooed, a mischievous grin plastered on his face. Kyoya looked up just in time to see himself be hit in the chest with a snowball.
