Chapter 5

[ Zania's POV ]

I freshened up and cleansed myself before I left the room. Loki and I went to the dining room, finding everyone there.

We took our seats.

"Sleep well?" asked Volstagg asked.

I smiled at him and answered, "Yes, I did."

I see Loki smirking.

"Zania, do you know what day it is?" asked Frigga. I shook my head.

"Its the day when you became part of our family from last year!" she announced.

"Is it?" I wonder. I've seemed to lose track.

"Of course! Its a special day for you!" Frigga said.

I laughed and said, "Yeah, it is."

"I'll be setting a event for this day. I even bought you a dress to wear," she told.

Thor laughed.

"A dress? How kind," I say, smiling.

"You'll love it," Frigga promised. She smiled at Loki, who was smiling also.

"Hey, Zania. Want to come with me Earth?" Thor asked.

I look at him. "Like, right now?" I ask.

"Of course. Why not?"

"Thor," Odin spoke.

"We'll be back before dawn. I just want to show Zania around," Thor spoke.

I look at Loki.

"I trust you," Loki said.

"You don't want to come?" I ask.

He chuckles and replies, "I don't think the Earthlings will be pleased with me in their realm."

I hear Fandral snort.

I half smile at Loki. "I'll be back," I tell.

"I know," Loki says.

We arrived in Earth. I had to hold onto Thor while we flew.

I marveled the entire time. I've never seen such a realm.

We arrived on some flying boat type that soared in the sky.

We walked inside, and a few mortals stood around a table.

A dark skinned man that had a eye patch on, faced them and spoke.

There was a man in blue red white, a man in a formal suit, a man that wore glasses, a woman with red hair, and another man who stood with his arms crossed. Interesting looking earthlings.

When we walked in, the man with the eye patched stopped talking and looked at us.

"Nice for you to join us. Who's your friend?" he asked Thor.

"This is Zania," he introduced.

"Asgardian?" the man that had his arm crossed.

"No, but she lives in Asgard with us," Thor said.

I stood quietly.

"Zania, these are friends. This is Director Fury, Agent Barton and Romanoff, Dr. Banner, Rogers, and Stark," Thor introduced.

I smiled at that.

"You're very...uh, pretty," Dr. Banner spoke.

"He thinks you're hot," Stark corrected.

"What?" Dr. Banner wondered. I blushed.

Then Stark walks to me and takes out his hand. I slowly reach it and shake it. His hand was warm.

"Zania, huh? Nice name. I am Stark, King of New York-"

"Stark, stop messing with her," Rogers commanded.

Stark rolled her eyes and said, "I'm being honest."

I giggle. "So you do you have a superpower like Zeus over here? Wait, that's Greek," Stark said.

"I balance with fire," I answer.

"No wonder why Banner thinks you're hot. Ha! Did you get that?" Stark spoke.

Banner sighed.

"Show us a trick. C'mon, let me see it," Stark insisted.

"Mr. Stark I think its better if she DOESNT," Fury said.

"So is Zania you're cousin or something?" asked Agent Barton.

"Actually, she's Loki's mate," Thor told.

Everyone was silent except for Stark who said, "Holy shit."

"That's...an interesting pair," Agent Romanoff said.

"You're serious?" asked Rogers.

Wow, that was...unexcepted. Kind of.

"How does Rock of Ages get Fire Girl?" asked Stark.

"How did you even MAINTAIN him?" asked Banner asked.

I scoff and shrug.

"I'm still suprised," Rogers.

"I was too," Thor confessed.

"It took SIX of ya'll to handle him," Fury spoke.

"How did you do it? Take his straighener? Sex?" asked Stark.

"Stark!" Rogers called. I laughed quietly.

"What? I'm just asking," he told.

"Anyways..." Banner said.

"More trouble?" asked Thor.

"Its like Loki all over again. We're dealing with Thanos this time," Fury told.

"Thanos?" I asked. I recongized that name.

"He's another dude that's not around here," Fury said.

"I've heard of him before," I say.

Thor looked at me and said, "I must take you back to Asgard. But I won't come."

"Why not?" I asked.

"I must help the humans. Tell mother and father for. I know Loki will care for you," he said.

He smiled at me said, "I will return. Soon."

I nod.

I look at the mortals.

"Goodbye," I say.

"Nice meeting you, ma'am," Rogers said.

"Keep Romeo out of trouble, Fire Girl," Stark said.

Then Thor took me back to Asgard.

******A/N****** Thor went off w/ the Avengers to fight Thanos! Yeah, I know its Avengers 3, but who cares? This is a damn fanfic.

Ohh, and I know I JUST started Cold Fire 2 but I'm already working on Cold Fire 3! It might be the best one yet. Please vote and keep reading! :)
