Chapter 8

The rest of the day seemed to take forever, a never ending fucking pit.

I look down at my cell phone. 1:08 pm. Why am I still here? I should be at home cuddling with Ariana or at the mall buying her nice things. I honestly can't wait until winter break, I already have so many ideas in my mind. I looked back at the board which was now full of notes. I can't wait until I graduate.

The last bell rang and I grabbed my things and walked out towards my car. I'm screaming with joy eternally, the school day finally ended. Now I just need to survive 4 more days until winter break.

Ther was a small knock on the passenger window. I reached over and unlocked the door, and smiled. "Hey Ari-"

"Hey Justin! Nice car you got here." said the most disgusting person on this planet. "Wanna, you know, go somewhere and you know, go for a ride and get some snacks and maybe you know, watch Netflix and chill?" She said with a smirk while twirling her hair.

"Veronica, get the fuck out of my car." I'm so fucking tired with this little piece of shit, she annoys me so fucking much.

"Don't you miss me baby boo?" She said, fluttering her eyes.

"No and please don't ever call me that. Now get out of my car." I roll my eyes and begin to push her out meanwhile Ariana is standing in front of the car.

"What are you guys doing?" she said.

"Well Ariana, isn't quiet funny to see you here." Veronica began to twirl her hair in her finger while looking Ariana up and down. "and isn't also funny how for these past 18 years, Justin has been trying to get your attention but you always blew him off? So if you don't mind, Justin and I have some things to get to." She said as she closed the door shut and looked at me. "Let's go boo." I looked at her with sad eyes, Veronica is right Ariana blew me off all these years, but that doesn't matter. Ariana finally realized how much I care and love her. She's my source of light. I get out of the car and Ariana begins to walk toward the busses.

"Ariana!" I call out as I ran after her. "Ariana please." I say.

She turns around at once with tears in her eyes. "No Justin, I'm sorry. She's right, she's fucking right. All these years I was blind and stupid meanwhile you were here all this time. I'll speak to you later." She turns around and walks onto the bus. I don't try to stop her. I can't deny how accurate Veronica is but I also can't deny how much I love Ariana. She means the world to me. I rush down the student parking lot and towards my car, luckily Veronica left. I don't want to deal with her anymore. I put on my seat belt and drive out of the parking lot and into the busy town.

20 mins of traffic later, I arrive at my house. I'm not sure if Ariana is angry with me or with herself, and i don't want her to be angry with anyone. Especially not herself. I start pacing around my room wondering what I should do, tried texting her but she won't answer. Then it hits me.
