The little get together has started and I met carringtion, Julia, and Sophia. I've already met Anthony G. And his girlfriend before. Jenn didn't show. Jc looked pretty sad about that but I was relived.
I guess Julia has a thing for kian because her contact name for him is possibae. What the hell does possibae mean? And who calls people that? Carringtion is really pretty but she as a boyfriend.
We all gather around the fire. I sit by kian kind of away from everyone else.
Everyone is just talking and roasting marshmallows, it's great. Kian places his hand near mine barely touch my pinky finger. I tense up at first but then slowly relax. I take a bold move and place my hand over his. He looks at me and smiles sending shivers down my body. He focuses back on the fire and so do I.
The night comes to an end and everyone else leaves.
"I should get going." I say to kian and Jc who are sitting on the couch with me
"It's 2am. You shouldn't be driving." Jc kind of chuckles
"Yeah just spend the night here." Kian shrugs while smiling
"Okay." I agree
"I'll show you the guest room." Kian says leading me downstairs
"Here it is. My room is right next door so if the boogie man tries to get you, you know where to find me." Kian laughs mentioning an inside joke of ours
"Kian! Don't talk about the boogie man!" I punch him in the shoulder
"Sleep tight andwea." Kian closes the door
The bed is so uncomfortable but I fall asleep anyways because I'm tired as hell.
