Jack's POV

'Well look at that!' Jack thought as he stared at the piece of art before him. He and Wade were sitting by as Mark decided to use this class to impress him instead of the other way around.

"So, what do you think?" Mark asked hopefully, staring at his boyfriend with the biggest puppy-dog eyes he could manage.

"It's... Stunning! How on Earth did ye pull that off!?" Jack was completely amazed by the beautiful sculpture of what a black hole is theorized to look like standing before him. It was so captivating.

"Wow, Mark you really do like space!" Wade had never in all his years of being friends with Mark seen him create something so absolutely enchanting.

The two continued to stare in awe as Mark stood proudly with his arms crossed, a smug grin on his face.

"Please tell me we're gonna use this fer our presentation!" Jack half begged as he pulled at Mark's arm.

The taller boy made a face, pretending to think about it. "I dunno, I mean it's not that good..." he started before feeling a hand gently slap him across the face.

"Don't you dare say that! It's beautiful! We better use it Markimoo or I swear ta Jesus I'll-" The overly dramatic Irish boy was cut off by his boyfriend grabbing his shoulders firmly.

"Calm down! We'll use it, jeez. Don't have to be so dramatic.." He said, causing the short drummer to clap excitedly.

"Yaay! Thank you Markimoo~" he cheered in the most childish way possible, practically jumping on the taller boy to hug him.

Mark loved just how childish and innocent Jack was. He was a total sucker for little kids, they could always make him smile and laugh. Jack was no exception.

"So I heard that Mark had moved on, but I didn't believe it until now!" came a voice from behind the two boys. It had an accent that Jack couldn't quite place, but Mark knew instantly.

"Oh, hey Felix. Nice to hear you speak I guess." Mark said as he avoided the tall blonde boy's glare. It was obvious he wasn't happy about the sudden approach, Jack was sure of it.

"Mark look I'm sorry I-" Mark quickly shot him hate filled daggers before interrupting his statement.

"Sorry?! That's all you got! Sorry isn't good enough! You abandoned me! When I needed you most! And now that I'm happy you think you can just walk right back into my life?" Mark was fuming. Jack had never seen him so angry and couldn't imagine such a sweet and complacent person so steaming with hatred.

Felix had definitely fucked up.

Jack pulled on Mark's arm gently to get his attention. "Calm down Mark-"

"Calm down!?!" Mark felt guilty after yelling that a bit louder than he should have. Jack's saddened eyes quickly pulled him out of his anger and brought him back to sanity.

"*sigh* You're right Jack, I need to calm myself. I shouldn't have gotten carried away." He looked at the floor shamefully before he could feel Jack's gentle lips on his cheek.

"It's fine Mark, I understand." Felix was shocked.

"W-wait, you're calm?! Wow, you must really like him!" Mark shot him another set of daggers before the bell rang and he pulled his Irish love to lunch.

After grabbing their lunches and taking their seats, Jack sighed loudly and looked at Mark. "Mark? What was up with that Felix guy in art class? Why were you so mad at him?" Jack could feel Mark cringe and tense up at the question, but his face shown regret, not anger.

"We used to be friends, before... you know, but then the second things got rough, he abandoned me! Just like everyone else. Really showed me who my real friends were." Wade nodded his head sadly while Bob just sat there as if he were recalling the events in his mind.

"Really?" Jack asked quietly, feeling terrible for asking the question but relieved to know the truth of the situation.

Mark silently nodded, unaware of the approaching footsteps behind him.

"Mark? Can we talk?" came the Swedish accent once again, worry and guilt lining his voice and expression.

"What's there to talk about? You're the one who didn't want to be friends anymore." Mark's tone was bitter and his face was strong but expressionless. He was obviously not willing to 'talk' without a fight.

"Mark it wasn't like that! It's not that I didn't want to be friends, I just-"

"Just what? Just didn't want to deal with me and my dumb problems?" Mark was still refusing to look at the other boy, disgusted by the thought of facing him.

"N-no I-" Felix was swiftly interrupted by a certain green haired boy.

"Mark," Jack began, holding his lover's hand firmly but lovingly "Forgive him." His words were caring but confusingly confident.

"B-but why should I?" Mark was extremely worried by Jack's sudden taking to the side of the Swedish boy.

"Mark, he was probably just giving ye space. Sometimes it's really hard to tell when someone needs you or wants you to leave 'em be, and I can tell ye're the type of person who'd keep that information to yerself."

Mark knew that Jack was right. And he did miss his foreign friend. "And if you won't do it fer him, do it fer me? Please?"

Mark didn't need to look at the small cutie to know that a puppy-dog stare was being shot his way. He pretended to think about trying to say no to his favorite stud muffin before sighing and complying absolutely. "How could I say no to that face? It's almost impossible!"

"Heey! Knock it off! I'm a man dammit!" Jack protested as Mark began pinching his cheeks and nuzzling his nose.

"More like a pupper-shnup with how often you give me that face!" Mark continued to tease the smaller boy in such a loving fashion until they both realized that a large number of people were staring, nobody quite sure as to what they were witnessing, the girls finding the display as especially adorable, the boys being mildly confused.

Jack didn't mind the display as much as he said he did. In fact, he absolutely loved being babied by Mark, and when it was over, he'd kind of wished it had never ended.

Hey guys! Are the chapters getting too long? I know that it's better to get more out there at a time and all, and some of you really want more like crazy, but am I dragging them on too much? Feel free to comment any advice you beautiful people may have! I love you guys!
