*Ally's POV*

We didn't talk for months after that. It was a simple hookup and we were too drunk to remember anything, anyway.

I got a text one night, from Hannah Witton.

Hannah: Hey, I'm visiting Cali for a few weeks, wanna come to my dinner?

Ally: Again? Haha, sure. When is it and who's coming?"

Hannah: Same people since last time! Cammie and Shannon, Steph, Arielle, and Stevie but she hasn't confirmed yet. It's this Thursday.

Stevie. Haven't heard that name in a while.

Ally: "Why not, see you thursday girlllll."

Hannah: "Great, bye!"

Ally decided to text Stevie in order to prepare for Thursday.

Ally: Hey. Haven't talked to you in a while, how's it going?
Stevie: Pretty good, I heard you were going to Hannah's dinner..?

"That was quick" Ally thought. She literally just told Hannah she'd be going.

Ally: That's good. Yeah I'm going, she told me you might be going so that's why I decided to check in.
Stevie: Yeah I just got off the phone with her, I'm going. :) I have to go but see you Thursday.
Ally: See you.

*Stevie's POV*

Stevie put down her phone.

"Louise, not now." Stevie said, pushing her "girlfriend" away from her neck.
"Woahh, that was the first time you've denied me the entire month we've been together. Come on, it's our month-aversary." Louise insisted.
"Together? Louise, I don't have any feelings for you. I know we've been hooking up but that's just sex." Stevie responded, in a concerned tone. This wouldn't be the first time one of her booty-calls thought there was something more going on.

There was a brief moment of silence, then Louise understandingly nodded while pouting.

"Who were you just texting?" Louise asked.
"Just a friend." Stevie responded.
"Who though?"
"I don't get why this is relevant to our conversation."
"Listen, I'm just curious. I'll leave you alone but I gotta know who you've been sexting."
"Ally Hills. We hooked up once but we were just having a friendly conversation."
"Uh.. huh.." Louise said with a bit of doubt. and curiousity "Isn't that that really obnoxious chick from youtube?" She asked.
"Yeah, I guess." Stevie shrugged.
"I haven't watched a single one of her videos to be honest. I met her ta-wice."
"But you hooked up with her." Louise replied.
Stevie nodded.
"Alrighty then.. I'll leave ya be." Louise said while shaking her head, getting her stuff and preparing to leave.
"Call me whenever you feel like fucking." Louise winked as she left Stevie's room.

Stevie let out a sigh and shook her head. She looked back at her phone and reread the texts from Ally. She still hadn't deleted the first texts, the Oui Wii and the "Wanna come over".. While reading through the texts, she remembered that she completely forgot to invite her to her pool party. Stevie thought this would be a good icebreaker and decided to remember that as a conversation starter for Thursday if they ever decide to talk to each other. She actually really liked Ally. She wasn't sure if she felt the same but something about the energy and vibe Ally gives off just made Stevie feel some type of way. Which is weird because she's almost never felt this way about a person before. It's usually just "Hey you're hot and fuckable I'll put you on my list.", but not with Ally. Ally just seemed to shrug her off, she was distant and this grabbed Stevie's attention. She's curious to see what this girl has to offer.

*Thursday, Stevie's POV*

Stevie drove up to the Abbey and saw Ally chilling by her car.

"Oh hey, is anyone here yet?" Stevie asked through her rolled down window.

Ally flinched and just stared at Stevie.
Stevie raised her eyebrow, confused onto why this chick was just staring. As Stevie was about to speak, Arielle came out the building.
"Ally! You okay?" Arielle shouted from the entrance. Ally snapped out of her trance and replied; "Yeah sorry!"
Stevie rolled down the other window on the other side where Arielle was.
"Stevie! Hey!" Arielle said as she noticed Stevie.
"You guys okay?" Arielle said while coming in closer to Stevie's car and to where Ally was standing. "This gal right here decided to run away for some reason." She said while putting her elbow on Ally's shoulder. She glanced up at her and whispered "You sure you're okay?". Ally let out a faint smile and nodded.
A couple seconds passed then it began to get awkward.
"Well.. I'm gonna go back, see you guys inside." Arielle said awkwardly, patting Ally on the back then walking back into the Abbey.

Stevie glanced back at Ally and rolled her eyes. She rolled her window back up and shook her head. Maybe she was wrong about her. Maybe she's just weird and has something seriously messed up with her brain that Stevie didn't want to get involved in. She may be interesting but Stevie didn't care about her enough to be wanting to get involved with whatever that girl seems to be dealing with right now.

Ally sighed as she watched Stevie get out of her car and walked inside. After a while Ally decided to come back inside as well. She walked up to the table where everyone was and began to greet people with hugs.

As Ally sat down Cammie mouthed "You okay?" to her with a concerned face. Ally nodded weakly and stared down at the table. Cammie got up and sat beside her. Stevie noticed this and excused herself from the table to get a drink from the bar.
One second Stevie thought Ally was weird the next she's actually beginning to sort of care for her. She thought this night was gonna be fun but it feels like it's gonna end with everyone being sad. She stared across the room to where the table was and saw Cam hugging Ally and Shannon trying to comfort her with words.
"What the fuck" Stevie thought. She didn't like being sad, she tried to push the thoughts away and went outside for a cigarette. She doesn't know this girl, why is she so concerned about her? Why does Ally Hills give off such an interesting vibe?

Stevie was the one who ended up being outside for the rest of dinner. She saw everyone leave laughing - including Ally. She couldn't help but shun herself for being so sad, for letting this chick she doesn't even know bring her down just by looking sad. Still, she really wanted to know if Ally was actually alright. So before Ally got into her car Stevie stopped her.

"Hey!" Stevie said while running up to Ally.
"Oh hey." Ally said smiling.
"So were you just like, outside this whole time?" Ally said chuckling, trying to make some sort of conversation. Meanwhile Stevie was trying to hide the fact that she was sad and concerned for Ally.
"Yeah, haha." Stevie said, smiling faintly. "You okay?" Stevie continued.
"Oh." Ally said in a softer tone. "Yeah I'm fine, I just get these weird episodes of overwhelming thoughts sometimes. When I think too much I get sad. I'm good now though, thanks." She replied with a half grin.
"See you around." Ally said while getting into her car.

"See you around.." Stevie said.

Stevie opened the door to her apartment and instantly went to her bedroom to change and wipe off her makeup. As she was doing this, she couldn't help but think of how interesting of a girl Ally was. She described what happened and why she was so sad so nonchalantly and straight up. Like she's reserved but open. She has secrets but doesn't. Like how attractive is that?
Stevie grinned as she wiped the last of her makeup off her face and went to bed.
