I went into the building I knew Akito would be in.
I heard screaming, shouting, thudding.
I broke into the room.
"Stop it right there!" I shouted.

>>Kismaes POV<<

And I must say, I made it in time. Not a second earlier.
Akito stood in the middle of the room pulling a brunette girl by the hair.
She had a slap mark on her face and Shigure tried to pull him back.
The girl looked shocked, Shigure looked strained and Akito just stared in disbelief.
"Kismae? Is that you?"
I looked at myself. Inspected the arms and legs.
"I think so... Why do you ask?"
Akito looked like he tried to decide whether he should slap me or cry.
He let go of the girl and slacked in Shigures hold.
The girl fell to the ground crawling away. Shigure cautiously let go of Akito. Akito looked... I don't even know.

Then he looked furious.
"Why!? Why!? Why did you leave us?
Do you hate us that much. I allowed you to be close to this family and you broke the trust!" He yelled but he didn't seem to have the strength to attack me.
I carefully moved towards Akito.
The ravenettes eyes were hidden behind his bangs.
"Akito? Aki-chan. I'm back in Japan. I went to England. My brother, remember Ryogi? Got hit by a car. He got injured. He was on the verge of dying. He needed to get a surgery. He is better and we have both returned to Japan. We're back to stay, Aki-chan." I carefully reached over to the boy on the ground. He didn't protest when I put my hand in his partially long locks.
"How is your health?" I asked with a hint of concern in my voice.
He sighed.
"I've been better."
Suddenly we heard someone clearing his throat.
"If you don't mind. Could we continue the meeting?"
Akito nodded and I sat down.
"You've never been the one for invitations have you, Kismae?"
I laughed quietly and pulled Akito down to rest his head on my shoulder.
"No, you're right Shigure. But I think it's better if I stay.
Shigure nodded his head towards the girl and the boy.
The boy had fiery orange hair and crimson eyes.
The girl had brown hair and blue eyes.
"This is Ms. Tohru Honda. I think you recognise him."
I smiled and waved to the boy.
"Nice to see your well. Kyo. Ms. Honda. Nice to meet you."
She bowed her head.
"Oh no the pleasure is all mine."
Akito coughed and then said in a raspy voice.
"Shall we continue the conversation?"

A/N: Phew. Another chapter.
Oh well. Akito is not a jerk. Not really. His mother was a major bi*ch. Akito is my favourite character!
This great story of Fruits Basket and all of the characters belong to Natsuki Takaya. I only take credit for Kismae and Ryogi since those are my OCs.
Please don't hesitate to ask if you have a question about the characters in the story. I might even do another Questions and Answers...
