Saving Me (Frerard)

Chapter 4 

"Okay, what's your first class?" I asked. If I had to show him around I might as well get that part over with.  

"Room 192. Mrs.Lauryn's math class." Walking at my normal fast pace I could see him behind me struggling to keep up. I led him up the stairs into an empty hallway where his classroom was located. I led him to the back corner where it was situated. I thought about how perfect of a place this would be to kiss him. I looked as he bit his sensual lips. It made me feel nervous, as if I was doing something wrong and was going to be caught. 

"Okay," I said gathering my composure,"what about second period?"

"Room 156. That's down that hallway. Actually, I sort of know where all of my classrooms are." He stood there looking awkward and biting his lip. 

"Oh... Well do you want to just go to lunch then?" I asked processing my thoughts into words as best I could while being distracted by him chewing on his lip. 

"Umm... Yeah I guess." He mumbled out looking down at the floor. 

"Do you have anywhere to sit? Because you can sit with me and my friend Ray if you'd like." I had no clue what I was doing. I didn't think my brain was sane enough to sit with this breathtaking species for the entire lunch period. But I had offered to be tortured and punished for 40 minutes because I wasn't in complete control of my thinking. 

"Um, sure I'll join you." He said uncertainly. 

Dammit. I wasn't ready for this. I haven't allowed myself to fall for anyone since, well, the 'incident'.  

Ray will be awfully surprised.
