Jaden had went back to talking to Yusei and Jack went to his room for something, and Leo decided to stay and talk with Yusei and Jaden. Luna decided to go up to yusei's room and read her favorite book "Hugo Cabret", the book her dad gave her. She settled on the bed, and began reading the book.
*Time skip, Two hours later*
Jaden told Yusei he wanted to go check on Luna. Yusei nodded and told Jaden where she liked to read and Jadeen nodded and went upstairs. Jaden knocked on the door and heard a voice from inside say, "come in." Jaden walked in the room and smiled at Luna,
"Hey, whatcha doing?" Luna looked up from her book and sighed,
"Just reading" she responded. Jaden went and sat next to her,
"I don't read much but, that looks like a neat book." Luna nodded and told Jaden it was her favorite. Luna set the book down and looked at Jaden and decided to speak her thoughts out loud.
"You know Jaden, I feel like there's something different about you, then any other person I have ever met." Jaden shrugged and replied,
"Well I'm not that special, I'm just a guy from a school that likes to duel. Nothing great about it." All the sudden, a voice replied to Jaden's description of himself.
" Oh sure Jaden your not special, ha and I'm chicken that can cast spells." A female voice replied. Luna jumped at the sound of the voice, but Jaden just rolled his eyes.
"Yubel, this is not the time okay." Jaden stated and rolled his eyes again. At that moment, a female spirit appeared behind Jaden with her arms crossed. Yubel rolled her eyes,
"Jaden, listen I'm not going to sit here and listen to you say your not special, when you and I know perfectly well that you're and extraordinary person. " Jaden sighed and was about to say something else when a Winged Kuriboh appeared next to Jaden and yelled something in it's native tongue. Jaden sighed and face palmed himself. Luna just sat there shocked, but was able to stutter out some words.
"Y-You can see duel spirits?" Jaden looked at her and slowly nodded and he studied her for a moment.
"Can you see duel spirits?" Luna nodded and they just sat there staring at each other because neither of them had words to describe the shock.
