I ran all the way to my girls home that i live at. How could he? He moved on to another women that wasnt my mom and he had two more kids. I guess i mean nothing to him. Maybe my decision i made years ago was within good reason. He never came to look for me. He moved on to start a whole new family. I finally got there. I slammed the door and ran to my room that i didnt have to share. I got the spare guest room years back when i refused to sleep in the same room with the other girls. I laid on my couch and cried. Yes i had a couch. If i chose to have the room for myself, then i didnt get a bed. Jokes on them, i like couches better.
I continued to cry when my door opened. "You have a visitor Winston", she said. "I dont want to see anyone!", i snapped. "They said it was urgent", she said. "Fine, but im not gonna be nice", i said, wiping my tears away. The lady sighed and walked away, letting the visitor know that they could come back. I hated the people that worked here. They are so stupid.
A few minutes later, someone came into my room. I looked up to see Pony. I gasped. "How did you find me Pony?", i asked. "I remembered where Darry took ya along time ago", he smiled a little. "How long?", i asked. "About 8 years", he said. I put my head back down. "Have you met them?", i asked. "Yeah. Complete brats", Pony said which made me feel better.
"Why would he do that Pony?", i asked. "You got to understand Denny that people like to date other people. After the loss of your mom, Dally needed someone else.." "I understand that completely Pony! Im fifteen! Ill be sixteen in a few months. I understand dating. What i dont understand is why he never looked for me. Hes the worst dad ever. I... i hate him", i said. Pony looked shocked. Thats one of the meanest things ive ever said. "You dont mean that Denver. Your just angry. I mean, hes your dad and only living relative and..." "No. To me, i dont have parents. I have no one."
