A totally unexpected chapter

Hey guys :)

You guys probably didn't expect me to write again especially since I have finished this book some time ago.

But I just read the first chapter again and I thought, why not write Joseph's pov when he first meet Keira?

I know that I should write this as the first bonus chapter but my thoughts are always all over the place.

Joseph's POV

"So we'll just increase the number of guards in each shift." I suggested.

"Actually," Leon the head guard of the pack said, "we don't have as many guards as then."

I sighed and ran my hand on my hair.

Being an alpha is definitely challenging. Everyone in the pack is my responsibility and I have to make sure that they are safe no matter what.

Even like moving the whole pack across a few states.

That's the decision dad had to make for the pack when we're being hunted. Werewolf hunters. And they installed too much traps that it's nearly impossible to go out into the woods. Aside from that, they also attack us in front of our pack house.

The last one killed lots of the guards which finalized dad's decision to move the pack.

So this is where we are now.

I felt a tap on the shoulder. "Just go to school son, I'll take care of this." Dad said.

"But dad I'm going to be the alpha-"

"And I'm your father and I'm telling you to go to school." Dad gave me the you-better-listen-to-me-or-else look.

I rolled my eyes and stood up from my seat.

"Alright I'll go to school. Bye."  I left the room, not failing to hear the byes and see you soons.

With my extra werewolf hearing, I heard some kissing sounds on the other side of the door.

Ew, whoever that was are really disgusting.

I turned the doorknob and open the door- holy shit!

Just kidding. I'm kind of used to it. But the sight is still revolting.

My best friend is eating my sister out.

And they seem to enjoy it.

"Marco stop eating my sister's face. Mavis why aren't you going to school?"

Both of them pulled away, looking really red of embarassment. Their red and swollen lips were the proof that I just ruined their moment.

I grinned evilly to myself.

Mavis smoothed down the sides of her hair. "I'm not feeling well."

I raised my eyebrows at her.

I'm in heat, she mind link me.

I nodded.

Someone horn the car. "Guys come on! Let's go to school!"

Marco and I walked towards Nate's car.

"Dude what's the rush?" I said as I climbed in the passenger seat.

"The faster we go, the more chicks we can hit on." Nate said.

I saw Marco rolled his eyes at Nate's remark. Easy for him to do that since he has found his mate unlike us.

For me, finding your mate is like being married to her. So why not enjoy my time with the ladies before meeting her?
