Life Unexpected? {Sequel to Innocence} {Complete}

Chapter ten.

Alexandra's Pov.

We quickly rush to the hospital. I am nervous but at the same time happy, but there is also a part of me that is telling me something bad is gonna happen. We finally arrive at the hospital. Finding a parking spot takes forever, but we manage to find one. We park and head into the hospital.

"Are you excited to be an aunt?" Jackson asks me as walk into the hospital.

"Yeah, but I have a feeling that something went wrong." I say.

We go over to the elevators and I press the number two button. The elevator ride feels like eternity until we hit the labor and delivery floor. I go up to the nurse station. The nurse looks up at me, with a gross look, just because I am pregnant. I ignore it.

"I'm looking for Sage Rivera. Do you know where she is?" I ask.

"Are you family?" She asks even more snotty like.

"I'm here sister." I say back.

"Go down this hall and she is the third door on your right." She says.

"Thank you." I say with a evil look to her and head down the hallway with Jackson.

I see Ryder sitting outside her room, against the wall, crying. Never have I ever seen Ryder cry, the only time is when we found out that Sandy had died. Other than that, Ryder is a pretty tough cookie. Seeing him cry makes me want to sit next to him and cry to. I guess that's a twin thing.

"Ryder.." I say as I walk over to him.

He stands up and wipes the tears away from his eyes.

"Everything is okay right, with Sage and the baby?" I ask, feeling the thump in my throat.

I immediately fall into Jackson's arms. He wraps his arms around me tight.

"What going on?" He asks.

Suddenly dad walks out. I turn and face him. He facial expression is nothing but sadness.

"I've got some bad news Alexandra." Dad says as he looks me right in the eyes.

Dad never calls me Alexandra unless something really bad has happened. He did the same thing he did when Sandy died, my eyes start to water.

"What is it?" Jackson asks getting my words out for me.

"The baby is okay, but Sage, she passed away." He says as Ryder walks back into the room.

At that moment everything in my world suddenly stops. Memories flood back as look directly into my father's eyes.

"Alex?" I faintly hear from Jackson.

I don't say anything, I am frozen as memories flood in my head. All the bad and good, just all at once. It's to much at one. Suddenly I feel it over take me. Everything in my body turns to jelly. My vision starts to fade. Everything turns dark.

Just dark.

Al I hear around the me is the voices of Jackson and Dad, but they soon fade. I fall more into the darkness. I don't see really anything but darkness until my eyes open, no not in reality, in this dream type thing I am in.

I gasp for air. I look around and see Sage in my right and Alesanda on my right.

"Where am I?" I ask confused like.

"Heaven and beyond silly." Sandy says.

"What? I just passed out." I say with confusion.

"She's just messing with you dummy, you're in a coma." Sage says.

"Then why are you two here?" I say.

"Apparently I am supposed to be dead, but I never died." Sandy says as she throws her hands in the air.

"No, you and Sage are both dead." I say in confusion.

"That what you thought, welcome to the other side sis."
