At least this explains what Julia and co. are doing during BotE. Seriously, they're nowhere to be found because they're here trying to catch a crazed killer with a scythe-
I mean what.
At the time of typing this beginning bit, I don't have every single case figured out, but I have a little bit of the first case done so I can use that time to come up with more cases yaaaay~
