Maddie POV

I haven't seem Diggy in a while now but we talk everyday. It was Friday night and I had the night off... For once. My dad was out with church members spreading the word about Christ. While my mother was over a friends house. I made some popcorn and sat in front of the tv trying to find something good to watch. I scrolled till I found wildn out. I watched it laughing and eating my popcorn. Suddenly my phone went off with the name Diggy popping on the screen. I picked up.

Maddie: hello?

Diggy: hey Ma.

I smiled blushing a bit. I loved it when he called me that.

Maddie: hey. Wassup?

Diggy: nothing did you get my package?

Maddie: what package?

Then the door bell rang. I got up from my comfortable position to go over to the door with Diggy still on the line. To see a package waiting at the door. It was a big box. I picked it up. Wasn't heavy.

Maddie: from Diggy to Ma.

Diggy: so you got it.

Maddie: yeah I did. Diggy what is it?

Diggy: don't open it till tomorrow at 3 o clock.

Maddie: why?

Diggy: because.... Just promise me you won't open it yet. It a surprise.

Maddie: ok fine I won't.

Diggy: thank you ma. Well was up with you?

Maddie: last week of school is approaching. The graduation.

Diggy: cool. Don't be surprised if I pop up at your graduation.

Maddie: well I have to write a speech.

Diggy: why?

Maddie: class valedictorian.

Diggy: congrats mysterious!

Maddie: thanks.

Diggy: so what did your parents say about the BET awards?

Maddie: nothing yet.

Diggy: really? Wow. Do you think there going to say no?

Maddie: it's possible..

Diggy: I hope they don't.

Maddie: I think they wanna meet you before I go to another state for a couple days with you.

Diggy: yeah your right.

I heard a car door lock and keys moving around.

Maddie: umm Diggy I have to go.

Diggy: ok. Text me when you can Mysterious.

Maddie: bye.

I hung up as my dad came in.

Dad: hey sweetie.

Maddie: hey dad.

Dad: who was that on the phone?

Maddie: Diggy.

Dad: Diggy huh... When do we get to meet this Diggy guy?

Maddie: I think he's coming for my graduation.

Dad: oh that's different. But cool.

My dad put his stuff down and sat next to me.

Dad: what's this?
