I saw Joe sneak by Dan.

Dan didnt even notice.

"Dan!" I yelled.

Dan looled up and smiled at me and started walking up to him.

"Hi caspar, you okay?"

"Yes. Well, no but kind of yes."

Dan looked as confused as i was.

"Whats up?" Dan said as he sat down next to a tree. I joined him.

I wish i wss sitting next to joe.

Not saying that Dan isnt a good guy but this place is kind of romantic.

"Wheres phil?"

"He is in the hospital."

"Oh, im sorry."

"No its okay."

Dan started picking the grass and throwing it forwards.

"Hey Caspar?" Dan asked.

"Yes?" I replied rasing my eyebrows.

"You are gay. Correct?"

That statement sent a shiver down my spine. How did Dan know? Was it when I told phil? Did joe tell him? Tyler didnt even know i was gay. So who told him.

"No false." I snapped.

Then i felt bad. I was gay but i just couldnt tell anyone. I just couldnt.

I sighed. Why couldnt i just tell dan?

Its because its not okay.

Im not okay.

"I know its hard to accept the fact you are gay. I should know." Dan turned to me and looked at me in the eyes.

"But im not gay." I was trying to convince myself more than i was trying to convince dan.

"Caspar. If i tell you that im gay, you need to tell me the truth."

"But you are not gay."

"Im gay Caspar. I met Phil and he changed me."

"So im gay then." I gave up and told him.

"Yes. Are you gay Caspar?"

"Yep. I guess....Joe....no....i..mean" i stopped.

"I know what you mean. Im glad you have come out to me Caspar. Now i can help you get together with Joe!" Dan said as if he was a bit excited.

"Dan!! He might hear." I whispered trying to shut him up.

"Whatever. Hes gay anyway and i bet you £10 he loves you."

"Okay then."

I agreed to the bet. I told my mum i wouldnt bet but its only with dan so its okay.

Its okay.

Im still not.

"Tyler is talking to Joe right now." Dan said suddenly with a smirk.

"Wait. Does Tyler know im gay?"

"Yep."

"Does Joe?"

"Probably."

My heart was beating so much. My life is ruined.

"But caspar. Joe is gay." Dan told me.

"I bet you he likes Tyler."

"Well you liked Tyler didnt you!" Dan said suddenly angry.

"No. He was the only friend i had. I was almost starving out on the streets! He gave me food so i could live. Then i went back to south africa." I explained.

"Alright then. You still ruined my life but im not moaning." He sighed.

"You are right now." I said quietly. I hope that he didnt hear but he did.

"What did you just say to me?!" Dan snapped.

"Nothing."

"You said something. Just tell me!!!" He was starting to yell.

I jumped up. I was a bit scared.

"Im sorry caspar. Im just worried about Phil." dan said. He looked as if he was going to cry.

"You should go visit him." i smiled.

"What? Now?"

"Yes."

Dan got up and pulled me into a hug. He then waved and walked away.

I was left on my own.

My phone buzzed and i looked at it.

Zoë: Caspar? Why were you not in class?

Caspar(draft): Phil ran off so me and joe followed him. Then we met tyler and dan. I talked to dan and joe went. Dan went to hospital to see phil.

I quickly deleted that message and write a new one.

Caspar: I forgot.
