Stranded: A Percabeth Fanfic

Percy's world

"Percy! Wake up its time for school! I'm leaving for work right now, and I do not want to get another call from the school about another unexcused tardy!" Yelled Sally Jackson.

Percy rolled over and looked at his alarm clock. 7:00. School didn't start until 8:00, so he had a whole hour to save the world from zombies. He got up and turned on his Xbox, and got back into bed.

Eventually, Percy decided to look at the time again. 7:50. Shoot he was going to be late again! It took 5 minutes to drive to school, so that gave him 5 minutes to find a clean shirt, and brush his teeth. He barely made it out the door in time.

Percy ran into school right as the bell rang. He accidentally bumped into Annabeth Chase on the way to homeroom. "Watch where you're going! She yelled.

At exactly 8:00 the bell rang as Percy slid into his seat. "Ladies and gentleman" his teacher said. "We have decided the senior class trip destination this year is going to be to the Caribbean to help build houses" we will depart in 3 weeks, so here is Annabeth Chase to give you more information"

Annabeth stood up and smiled in the front of the room. "Okay, so I've found this amazing project to help build houses for those in need. I figured we all could be a big help, so yea! It's going to be super fun."

Percy sat in the back of the room playing on his phone. He didn't care about some stupid senior class trip. He didn't even want to go build houses. It was too expensive anyways. His mom could never afford that. He was looking forward to a week of staying home and slaying zombies while everyone else had to do manual labor.
