Living in the island was getting easier, but Annabeth still missed home. She was picking berries to brink back to the shelter
"I'm seriously so sick of fruit" said Percy "I was do anything for some cherry Coke, specifically blue cherry Coke.
"Blue cherry Coke?" Asked Annabeth. "Seriously?
"Yea, why not?"

Percy noticed Annabeth had really pretty grey eyes

Annabeth caught herself staring when Percy took off his shirt

Piper's POV
The news station van was parked outside the school
"Lost at sea for 2 months" the reporter said "Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase were on a boat and both somehow got pushed off. Police and helicopters have been searching , but still no sign of the missing teens. Police have officially called off the search this morning"
"Called off the search?" Piper said to Hazel. "Seriously?"
"I know, it's so sad, I really miss Annabeth" Hazel replied.
"I honestly feel as if it was my fault" said Piper. "If it weren't for me, she wouldn't have gone on the boat in the first place. Also if I hadn't been kissing Jason, I would have saved her from falling off the boat." Said Piper
"It's not your fault" said Hazel. "No one blames you, also Percy's mom and Annabeth's dad are still looking with a private helicopter team"
"Yea, but I feel really sick to my stomach." Said Piper
