Chapter 21

Addie woke up by Mak jumping on her bed. "WAKE. UP."

"When it's a reasonable time," Addie grumbled rolling around.

"BUT ITS SNOWING AND I LOVE THE SNOW. ITS SO WHITE AND FLUFFY AND AHHHH."

That got Addie up. She bolted out of bed and to the nearest window and there it was. Snow. Addie always loved the snow. It reminded her of the first time she saw it.

It was Addie's seventh birthday and it was snowing. The first time he remembered it. It supposedly snowed when Addie was a baby, but there was no way for her to remember that.

Anyways, it was snowing. In September. Ok. Kind of October, but still considered September.

Addie woke up on her birthday with a smile realizing what day it was. "Addie?" Ginny asked nervously. Addie looked at her little sister with curiosity. "What's the little things?"

"What white things little sis?"

"The white stuff falling from the sky?"

Addie bolted out of bed and to her window. Her eyes widened and she ran to Fred ad George's room without answering her sisters question.

"FREDDIE!!! GEORGIE!!! ITS SNOWING!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE ME TO THE SNOW!!!"

"No," they said at the same time. "It's too early."

"But its snowing. Please big bros?"

"Nope. Go ask your other big bros."

"Ok!" And with a smile Addie bounded to Charlie's room. "CHARLIE!!! ITS SNOWING. CAN YOU TAKE ME OUTSIDE TO THE SNOW??"

Charlie was awake and willing to take her outside. "Of corse sis. Why don't you get Bill and we can all go?"

"Ok!" And giggling Addie got Bill to wake up and take her outside.

Wandering back to Ginny, she screamed, "ITS SNOW!!!"

"What is all the screaming about?" Molly asked.

"ITS SNOWING!! AND BILLY AND CHARLIE ARE GOING TO TAKE ME OUT TO PLAY!!!"

"Are you sure baby? It's cold."

"It's okay. It's snow and I'll be with Billy and Charlie and they will keep me warm. Right?"

"Yes honey. Let's get you dressed."

Mrs. Weasley put Addie into some jeans and a big jacket, "So you won't get cold just in case Bill and Charlie can't keep you warm."

"Okay," Addie giggled thinking everything was funny.

All day Bill, Charlie, and Addie built snowmen and made snow angels. Bill even charmed the snowman to move and dance, making Addie's day more spectacular.

Walking inside the Burrow, pink noses and cheeks, Addie exclaimed, "Thanks Billy!! And you too Charlie!! You made my birthday amazing!!"

"Anytime kiddo!"

Addie smiled remembering the memory. "I love snow too. Let's go!!"

The two girls woke up Luna and got dressed like they were going up to the North Pole. Their big heavy jackets in their hands for it was too hot inside the castle to wear them.

Racing out the door, Addie caught sight of Hermione and Aurora. They stopped Addie and attacked her with questions.

"Why did you play? Why weren't you in the hospital wing like you were supposed to? You know Harry is gonna murder you for playing? You realize that you could've gotten hurt really bad?" Addie held up her hand to stop them.
