Im Changkyun

I woke up at three in the morning to say goodbye to my dear mom and now I can't go back to sleep. I'm really gonna miss her.

I started packing my stuff since I'm going to move out today. How can my mom not warn me and just tell me like this. She should have told me sooner.

I'm so not ready. However, I should stop complaining and get my ass together. I grabbed the boxes down my closet and started packing my clothes randomly in them.

After three hours of packing and looking at stuff I forgot I had, it was already six in the morning.

I quickly took a shower and got ready for school. Oh man It's still seven. What should I do, it's so boring. I went downstairs and made breakfast.

I sat down and ate my breakfast silently thinking about life alone. It actually isn't that bad. I mean, I can put whatever music I like, I can decorate my apartment however I want and the whole place is for myself, I can do whatever I want.

I finished my breakfast and it was 7:17 AM. What now? I didn't know I eat this fast.

I decided to just go to school early since I had nothing to do. I walked to school and as soon as I got there I went to the rooftop in hope to see Jieun. No one.

I sat down and wondered why Jieun actually smokes. Does she have problems or is it because she likes it? I really don't know what's going on in her head.

Why doesn't she have friends? She actually seems a very bubbly person. Far from what I thought she was to be honest.

I stood up and walked to the fence. I stopped when I heard something move. I looked around but saw nothing.

Nah it's probably just the sound of the streets or the wind or something. At least that's what I thought until I heard it again.

It was clearly on the rooftop. Someone was there. Could it by chance be Jieun? Is she hiding from me? I looked around once again and started walking towards the little shed on the rooftop where all extra chairs were.

"Hello? Anybody there?" I tried, but no answer. As I expected. I tried opening the shed but it was locked? I thought it had no lock. Nah maybe it's just a mouse or something moving around or something.

I was about to walk away but stopped when I saw smoke coming out of the small window kind of thing placed on the top of the shed. There's no way this is a mouse.

I walk slowly so the person inside won't notice me then pulled the door suddenly. "Ah!" The person inside yelled and hid her face. She dropped her cigarette.

"Jieun?"

Chae Jieun

I was still outside and it was so damn cold. I looked at the clock hanging in one of the stores across the streets. I didn't know my vision was this good. It was almost seven.

School usually opens at seven so I waited about ten minutes behind the bushes then got inside slowly, slowly in hope for no one to see me looking like a hobo with no shoes and messy hair.

I tried to fix it trust me, but my hair just hates me today. I succeeded to enter without anyone seeing me. It was pretty simple since almost no one was there.

I quickly made my way to the rooftop and opened the little shed placed on there.

I sat there for almost a good ten minutes and smoked a cigarette. As soon as I lit it up I heard a door slam. Oh shit, someone is coming.

I have to stay still and pray no one hears me or finds me. I gotta say, I'm good at staying still. I started thinking how the hell I was going to survive with no food. Maybe I can- What is this I'm seeing?

Oh my god it's a mouse. It's coming my way! Oh my god no, no, no, no. Good mouse, go away. Go, go. Oh my god it's on my feet. Where are my shoes when I need them the most. It got only closer and I stepped back disgusted and kinda scared at the same time.

When I stepped back, I bumped into some chairs stacked on each other which made some noise. I quickly held out my arms to stop them from falling. Oh good thing it didn't fall.

Oh no I forgot about the stupid mouse. Where is it now? I looked around up and down to find it on one of the chairs. Oh good thing it's far away. At least that's what I thought till I felt something on my foot again.

I looked down to find a mouse on it then looked back on the chair. Two mouses? Oh hell no. I'm getting my shit out of here.

I walked towards the door of the shed and pushed it a little but stopped when I remembered there was someone out there. Stop making noises Jieun!

"Hello? Anybody there?" I heard a voice, a not too strange voice. I tried too stay still as I heard his footsteps coming my way.

I pulled the door so the person on the other side wasn't able to open it. Oh no he's trying to open it. I pulled as hard as I could and I succeeded. He let go. I calmed down as I heard him walk away.

I sat down on the floor and lit up my last cigarette. I sighed. I literally have no life now. I put the cigarette in my mouth then shook the ash from it. Suddenly the door opens and the sound of it scared me in the dead silence.

"Ah!" I yelled and hid my face in my knees before even seeing who it was. Thanks man, I even dropped my last cigarette now.

"Jieun?"
