Brothers?

(A/N: a minizerk Christmas. Well not in the book. I love the quiz that they did. This one was from last year. I sadly couldn't find the one from this year but still they are both adorable!!! 🎅🏻🎅🏼)

Unknown P.O.V.

"Thanks for bringing him home Tobi. I don't want him to get hurt again. He is my half brother and I don't want the risk of him dying. Especially because of Simon." I said to  Tobi as he walked out of Josh's room.

"What is the worse that I going to happen? I thought that it was Harry's fault not Simon. At least give Simon a chance." He said to me looking at me.

"Tobi! We can't take the risk. I don't want to lose him." I said pushing him out the way.

"God you're such a price of shit. All you care about is yourself. Let's be completely honest, the only reason you don't want to lose him is because he will give you bone marrow." I didn't care what he had to say I just kept walking.

I walked into Josh's room to see him sitting and texting on his phone.

"Who you texting?" I asked as I sat down on the bed with him.

"Just a friend." He said as he turned of his phone and put it under his leg.

"Who?" I asked getting a little suspicious and worried.

"Why does it matter?" He said as he obviously started to get mad at me.

"Fine. Anyway, if you found out that you have a half brother and that he could die due to cancer, would you donate your bone marrow to help him?" I asked trying to be as nonchalant as possible.

"Well that is an oddly specific question. I don't know, I would have to meet the guy first." He said as he looked back at me.

"Ok good to know. I don't know my friend is going through something right now and was contemplating his options. Anyway I got to go record some stuff, do you want to join?"

"No I have to study for a test. See ya." I then walked out of the room.

Wait "See ya." The words kept running through my brain. Who use to say that? Why does it mean something? These are things that I don't know how to figure out.

It was the next morning and I was getting ready. I wanted to take Josh to school today. I don't how much longer I'll have with him.

I walked into his room to see his phone on the side table. I then grabbed it to see who he was texting.

I started to read the text

Josh: I'll meet up with you after school tomorrow.

Unknown: Ok, I'm so happy that you are back in my life I've missed you so much.

Josh: I'm just so happy that I finally know the truth. That you are really.

At that moment I realized who he was texting.

I decide to write back

Josh: leave me alone. You are a horrible person. I think I was drunk last night and now I know the truth. That I never want to see you again.

I then heard Josh start to wake up. I put down the phone as fast as I possibly could.

"*yawn* what are you doing?" He said in his raspy morning voice.

"I came so that I could walk with you today. We don't talk enough. I'll see you out there and we'll walk. Sound good?" I said as I looked down at the sleepy boy.

"Yeah sure." He said as I then walked out so that he could get ready.

As I waited I saw that Tobi and Vik were cuddling on the couch. It was so cute. But I don't want my brother to be like that. I am not homophobic but I want my nieces and nephews to grow up with a mom and dad. Just like my dad always wanted.

"Hey ready?" Josh said as he tapped my shoulder.

"Yes of course." I said as I walked out of the apartment with Josh.

We walked all the way to his college talking about random crap. It was the first full conversation that I have ever had with him. It meant a lot to me, but I knew it meant nothing to him.

"So I'll see you afterwards?" I asked as he was saying goodbye.

"Oh, I have plans afterwards. Sorry. See ya." He said it again.

I then realized who says that all the time. Simon.

Also just wondering, who do you guys think Josh's half brother is? I am going to give you guys a hint. A certain YouTube group might be coming into this book. Just so you know.
