Anne's POV
I feel the wolf tearing me apart. I hear my bones cracking. I shift. My fur is brown with spots. Jake smiles, my mate smiles I think happily. Wait why am I thinking this?!

I hear his thoughts. She's beautiful just like I knew she would be. I move closer to him rubbing my wolf fur against him. He strokes my fur how wonderful.

I can't help but tackle him to the ground which produces a growl from him. I'm enjoying this more than I should and he is too. "Why don't you turn back human and do that? We could have a fun night." He smirks.

Suddenly the world turns dark and I'm back at my grandmothers house. Then I see him Jake ripping James throat out. I try to scream but I notice I'm a wolf. I pounce onto James body and bite his throat too.

"Anne" he screams. "No, no James I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry!" I yell. Then Jake attacks me from behind biting my wild throat. "Anne!" Jake shakes me out of this vision.

I notice I turned back human and I'm shaking naked on the ground. Tears run down my face. I wrap my arms trying to hide my body. I blush. He reaches for me, but I swat his hand away.

"Don't don't you dare touch me!" I yell. Jake moves back and I see the sad look in his eyes. "Love what did I do!" I feel anger rising inside me and feel the wolf about to burst from my chest.

"What did you not do? You killed him you killed James and stole my mortality!" He steps forward and grabs my arm. His eyes turn a sharper green. Then all the sudden I'm in a field. I see a young man standing with what seems to be his father.

"Do not provoke me Jacob!" He then slaps the young man in the face. The young it's Jake I gasp, but they don't notice me. Then I hear them the wolfs.

Jake looks around trying to pinpoint the sound. Then I notice his fathers eyes grow dark. Three wolfs come through the trees. They growl and surround Jake. His father waves his hands.

"Take him! You'll forgive me for this one day Jacob, you will you'll understand that what the wolf wants he gets and you'll be stronger because of it." His dad starts to walk away. "Dad, dad!" Jake yells as the wolf jump at him.

Jake falls to the ground as the wolf attacks him. He screams as the wolf rips at his skin. "I'll never forgive you dad never!" Then another wolf bites his neck. Jakes dad turns his head to watch his son be torn apart! I stand horrified.

Then he bends over and screams as his wolf takes him. His clothes rip and I hear his bones break. I see his dad's brown fur. He growls at the wolfs and they step back. I see the blood spattered body of Jake. I almost puke.

His father walks to his sons lifeless body. And I hear the whispers in the wind, the wolf takes what the wolf wants. I fall back on the grass behind me as my wolf growls inside me.

Then I come back to reality and see the hurt in his eyes. He gave me this vision. His father did what his wolf wanted to Jake his son. I notice tears slip down my face. Jake wipes them away. But he pulls away from me.

I reach for him and I don't know why. "My wolf did to James what my father did to me, I'm not a monster Ann, I'm not. I lost control Ann. And you would do the same. You wolf responded to the chat of the wolves. I didn't want this to happen to anyone else, my father broke me Ann." He whispers.

This time I walk towards him and lay my hand on his shoulder. "I'm so sorry that he did this to you and that James is dead and that my world is falling apart." He looks into my eyes and I can't help but stare into his green ones.

Kiss me I think before shaking my head and stepping back. "You're worlds not falling apart Ann it's falling into place. You fit in Ann and I'll never leave you like your father." He reaches for me and pulls me into his arms as tears slip down my cheeks.

He pats my back. "I've always been here and I'll always be." I hit him lightly in the shoulder. "It's you it's always been you who followed me in the woods ever since I was a little girl it was you!" He sighs.

"It was Ann I've always loved you." Then I have a faint memory from when I was little and a pack of rouge wolfs surrounded me and tried to kill me in the woods. The wolf with black fur and green eyes chased them away, it was Jake he protected me. I remember him coming over to my shaking little body and setting his wolf head on top of my human one. He let me stroke his fur as I cried. I thought it was a dream I woke up at home in bed. But it was real it was all real!

Jake becomes face to face with me. "Anne Marie I love you and I'm sorry I killed your friend, but you're mine and always have been I just waited till you became of age. It's part of being wolf we are very territorial and you would do the same if another woman touched me. You just want admit it. Someday you'll understand what the wants wolfs it takes. I never believed my father, but it's true. He never lied to me."

My wolf growls. And he smirks. "I, I.." I stutter. No, no I will not tell him I love him. Stop it wolf stop. It fights me, my wolf literally fights me. I'm so lost in thought when Jake kisses me and I don't stop him.

I feel the wolf rising inside me. I wrap my arms around him. I can't help myself he picks me up bridal style. Then he takes me to the couch in his room.

He passionately kisses me sending shrives down my spine. He puts his hands in my hair. He smells wonderful woodsy. Then I hear a phone ring. He pulls away. I blush fiercely. I can't believe I just did that.

He gets up from the couch to answer the phone. "You wait right there I'll be back my Luna, my love." I want to resist, but my wolf makes me obey.

Grandmother forgive me, I think to myself. Then I turn my attention to Jake. He wears a white shirt and ripped jeans, oh man does he look hot! I almost slap myself. Stop it you idiot he killed James. He deserved it my wolf growls.

Jake turns toward me and my growling. Then I growl directly at him, but it's not the growl you would expect. I want to be his everything. Which I know he understands because he smirks. Then his eyes get big.

He yells into the phone in another language I can't understand. Then he slams the phone shut and turns towards me. "We leave now!" He growls which makes my wolf growl.
