Chapter 18

Skylar POV

We pull up to my house and i saw the person i'd hope never to see agin in my life..

"Princess what's wrong? Wait... who's that?" jack is looking at the man i'm supposed to call my father but fuck that noise.

"stay here please.. keep the car running." i try and give him a smile to show him i'll be okay.

"you can't go out there alone, i mean look at the dude." he motioned at him.

"Jack please... i'll be okay.." i say that more to myself than to him, you'll be okay sky..

He reluctantly let me go, though i wish he didn't. I slowly walk up to my door and stop in front of my sperm doner trying to look tall and confident though this arm brace didn't help. One of the skills he thought me besides fighting was how to hide emotion and to become a robot. I stand tall and stare up at him, he is a very tall man with the jail body so many fear including myself.

"what are you doing here?" i say in a harsh tone though i wanted to go hide.

"i came to see you Princess" he took a step closer and i took one back

"don't fucking call me that"

"Whoah watch it little girl! i can call you whatever the fuck i want to i am your father god dam it!"

His anger was coming out which was dangerous but so is mine.

"You lost that title a long ass time ago after the shit you've done!"

"I didn't do shit! What they told you were dam lies!"

"they were lies huh?" i laugh humorless "I fucking saw you! You lying ass piece of shit! "

He looked at me shocked and then covered it up. He'd gone quiet for a good minute so i had enough.

"Exactly! Stay away from me, Stay away from my family, Stay away from my friends, Get out of my life for good!!" with that i shoved him from anger and i could see anger in his eyes. But before anything could happen Jack came and carried me away from the man in front of me. My sperm Donner then stormed away.

"who was that princess"

"don't call me princess please.." i say in a whisper. i might've acted all tough and strong but now that its over i can't control myself.

"come on love lets get you inside i'll text Jacob to come over here tonight."

I just nod because i couldn't speak in the fear of breaking down. i run through my house and up my stairs to my room and lock the door and jack is banging on the door. As soon as i closed that door i was in tears shaking wildly. i move away from the door and onto my bed. i stare at my little box made of light wood filled with shells and my friend. i don't grab the box just stare at it as tears stream down my face. Why couldn't i just be okay? Why did i have to have a fucked up family and fucked up life at school? The only reason the bullies had stopped for a bit was cuz Richi had fought them and the boys have been surrounding me. They probably see me as a charity case.. They'd never care for me like this if i wasn't.

i wake up in my room with tear stained cheeks and something wrapped around me. I freak out a little bit but then I look down and its an arm, which was conected to jack and i see jacob on the floor and jace on a chair.

How'd they get in my room?

i look over and my door was broken and on the floor. i normally would've been angry but i wasn't i was so tired and felt so safe in jack's arms. His sleeve rolled up to his elbow for once, he's always wearing long sleeves or jackets to where you'd never see his arms. I saw something i never thought i'd see, i saw scars and new cuts.. It broke my heart and so i looked up and saw he was awake as well looking down at me with a small smile in his face. I smiled back and did something i didn't know i'd ever do. I kissed his cheek and he closed his eyes and tear came out. He knew i saw them, i rolled up my sleeves and showed him mine. His eyes went wide and then they went sad. He kissed each and every scar and cut on my one arm that was exposed and i did the same to him. Though they weren't all of them we didn't want to show our whole arms. We interlocked our hands together and he kissed our hands and we smiled at each other before falling asleep.
