THE NEW STEP SISTER

Xevier's pov

Frey went to her room after the movie was over but she forgot her phone and Zander had it

"Zan it's not cool to look through a girls phone" I said as he scrolled through her messages

"I'm just making sure she isn't talking to a pedofile" he said

"Yeah sure" I said in disbelief

"What do you care. Do you have a crush on her?" he taunted

"She's like our sister now, why wouldn't I care about her" I said in defence

"But you have to admit it, she is hot" he smirked

"Fine, she is, just gimme her phone so I can go give it to her" I give in, holding my hand out

He lets out a chuckle placing it in my hand

"Bye, I'm going to bed" he said before disappearing into the stairs

Okay fine, maybe I do have a crush on Freya, but it's not like I have any plans on telling anyone especially Zander. He'd probably tell the whole world or something like that

I went upstairs to her room and knocked on the door

There was no answer

"Its Xavier, can I come in?" I asked, knocking again. Still no answer

Maybe she's not there. I'll just leave it on her bed.

I swung the door open and saw Freya sitting on her bed with a brush in her hand. She didn't look in my direction, in fact she was even moving

"You left your phone downstairs, I just thought I would bring it for you" I said coming towards her

She didn't say anything, she just sat there like she was frozen

"Are you okay" I ask standing in front of her

I noticed the tears on her cheeks and the fear that was in her eyes

"Freya, hey" I said kneeling in front on her so we were the same height

Her lips were moving and She was whispering something. I moved closer to her so I could listen better

"Please stop" she whispered

"Brad please" she whispered again

I looked at her confused. Who's brad?. I placed my hand in her knee and suddenly she jumped back. She looked at me frantically, breathing heavily

I got up

"Are you okay?" I ask

"Me?, uh yeah, why'd you ask" she said, moving her hair behind her ear

"When I came in you weren't moving" I said not wanting to mention the brad part

"Yeah, um, I was just really deep in thought" she said kinda laughing. I let out a chuckle

"Well here's your phone, you left it down stairs" I said handing it to her

"Oh, thank you" she smiled as she took it from my hand

"Uh, good night I guess" I said before walking to the door

I stopped at the doorway and turned around

"I just want you to know that we really enjoy you being here. Your like family now. If there's anything bothering you you can always talk to one of us" I said to her and she nodded

"Sweet dreams, Xavier" she said as I shut her door and went to my room

I'm stIll curious about this Brad character. Maybe he's an old friend of hers because there isn't any brad that goes to our school...I think

So now up guys no how Xavier looks and btw he's 17 just to let y'all know and he's also kind of a genius. Hope u enjoyed it
